It is not publicly established whether Kirstie Alley left her estate to her children, Lillie Price Stevenson and William True Stevenson. A Pinellas County probate notice confirms that her estate was being administered and names her daughter, Lillie Price Parker, as personal representative—but it does not identify heirs or beneficiaries. A separate entertainment report said most of the estate would go to the children, citing an unnamed insider; that claim has not been confirmed by a will or court distribution order.

What the probate notice confirms

The published notice for In re Estate of Kirstie L. Alley, Pinellas County Probate Division file 23-002171-ES, says Alley died on December 5, 2022, and that administration of her estate was pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida. The notice’s first publication date was March 31, 2023. It names Lillie Price Parker as personal representative. Pinellas County probate notice

This is a creditor notice: it explains how creditors can submit claims. It does not disclose a will’s terms, name beneficiaries, list assets, or show how the estate was ultimately distributed. Being named personal representative is an administrative role and, by itself, does not establish that Lillie inherited anything.

What has been reported about the children inheriting

OK! Magazine reported that “The bulk of her estate will go to her kids, then the rest to charities,” attributing the statement to an unnamed insider. The report identifies Alley’s children as Lillie Price Stevenson and William True Stevenson. Because the source is unnamed and the report does not cite a disclosed will or court order, its description of the planned distribution should be treated as unverified reporting—not as a confirmed inheritance outcome. Yahoo Entertainment’s Life & Style article also identifies Lillie and William as Alley’s children and reproduces their public statement after her death. It supports their family relationship, but says nothing about who inherited the estate. Yahoo Entertainment / Life & Style

What remains unknown from these public sources

The available sources do not establish whether both children inherited, whether they received equal shares, whether any assets went to charity, or what the estate’s final distribution was. The probate notice documents a proceeding and names a personal representative; the media report offers an attributed claim about an intended distribution. Neither, on its own, proves the final beneficiaries or terms.
