A MEXC News page repeats the TechBullion report and identifies it as the source; that republication is not separate confirmation.
What was reported—and what is missing
TechBullion described stablecoins being split among several wallets and then aggregated into a Xeronum presale pool. It said the transfers happened “this week” and speculated that the wallets might belong to one coordinated investor or a fund. The article did not identify the sender, and that explanation is conjecture rather than evidence of who controlled the wallets.
To verify a crypto transfer, readers need enough on-chain detail to locate and inspect it. The surfaced TechBullion article supplies none of the core identifiers:
- A blockchain or network on which the transfer allegedly occurred
- Transaction hashes that can be checked on that network
- Source and destination wallet addresses
- Independent analysis linking the transactions to a Xeronum presale pool
Without those details, the reported amount, transfer path, and attribution remain unverified. The allegation is reported by TechBullion’s Dec. 18, 2025 article; it is not an independently confirmed on-chain event.

Two pages carrying the same report do not amount to two independent checks. The MEXC page attributes the text to TechBullion, while neither surfaced page supplies the transaction identifiers needed for a reader or analyst to verify the claim.
What Xeronum said about its project and presale
In its Dec. 17, 2025 GlobeNewswire release, Xeronum described itself as a cryptocurrency and utility layer for travel, leisure, and creator platforms. The company said exact tokenomics and dates would be confirmed in official documentation and described presale details as still being organized.

Plans are not the same as launched features
The same release described XeroSwap as planned and listed independent audits, token implementation, exchange listings, and expanded integrations as post-presale priorities. Those statements establish what the company said it intended to do at that time; they do not establish that those features or milestones have since been completed.
Company-reported user figures
Xeronum said its founding product’s early phase had “20K+ travelers and 300+ active users.” Those are company-reported figures in the Dec. 17, 2025 announcement, not independently validated usage statistics.

Coinscope presents separate claims about an active presale, token supply, price, allocations, accepted assets, and project features. They are claims on a third-party listing page, not audited current sale terms or evidence of the alleged whale transfer. The available sources also do not settle Xeronum’s current official contract address, current sale terms, or whether independent audits have been completed.
What evidence would confirm the transfer?
A verifiable account would need to identify the network and publish the transaction hashes and involved addresses. An independent analyst could then inspect those transactions and explain the evidence connecting the destination to a Xeronum presale pool. Even a verified large transfer would not, by itself, establish the sender’s identity, motive, or knowledge of future project developments.

Should you follow the whale?
No investment conclusion follows from this report. The underlying transfer is not independently verified in the surfaced material, the alleged sender is unidentified, and the company’s December release described important terms and milestones as pending or planned. A reported large purchase—if confirmed—would not show that a token is suitable for your finances or that its value will rise. Xeronum’s release itself cautioned: “Investing involves risk, including the potential loss of capital.”
