DFCCIL scheduled the Stage 1 computer-based test for Advertisement No. 01/DR/2025 on 10 and 11 July 2025. Its notice set 7 July 2025 at 11:00 AM as the time the e-admit-card download link would go live. These dates have passed; the details below are a record of the 2025 schedule, not an upcoming exam announcement.
DFCCIL Stage 1 exam schedule for 2025
The official notice assigned each post to a specific date and shift. All times below are from DFCCIL’s notice for Advertisement No. 01/DR/2025. The centre and exact timing a candidate was expected to follow were those printed on their individual e-admit card.

Admit-card release and login details
DFCCIL’s notice said the e-admit-card link would be available from 7 July 2025 at 11:00 AM. It also said eligible candidates would receive the link at their registered email address, with an SMS sent for information. Candidates were instructed to log in using the user ID and password from their online application.
The notice listed a helpdesk tab in the application portal and the phone number +91-9513631887. The helpdesk hours were 10:00 AM–5:00 PM, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, from 26 June through 17 July 2025. That contact window has ended and should not be treated as active now.

What candidates were told to check and bring
DFCCIL instructed candidates to check the e-admit card for their exam city, centre name and address, date, exam timing and reporting time. Requests to change the exam date, time or centre would not be considered, according to the notice.
The compulsory items listed in the notice were:
- A printed e-admit card
- An original government photo ID
- Two recent passport-size colour photographs
- A transparent blue or black ball pen
- A transparent PET water bottle
The notice’s instructions applied to the July 2025 examination; they are not current exam-day directions for a future DFCCIL recruitment cycle.
