GeekWire reported then that the company had raised about $2.4 million through debt and warrants. Deverra’s latest financial disclosure located here, its annual report dated May 1, 2026, describes severe liquidity constraints and plans to seek additional capital, but does not establish that an offering is currently open or disclose terms.
What the 2023 fundraising headline means
On September 19, 2023, GeekWire reported that a new SEC filing showed Deverra had raised about $2.4 million through debt and warrants. That figure belongs to the 2023 financing report. It should not be read as a current raise, a current cash balance, or evidence that investors can presently buy into an offering.
Deverra’s annual report, dated May 1, 2026 and filed May 6, 2026, says the company planned to raise additional capital and pursue other options. It does not establish whether a financing is currently available or specify offering terms. Anyone evaluating the company as an investment should consult current SEC filings and offering documents rather than rely on the older headline.
What Deverra is developing
Deverra is a Seattle clinical-stage biotechnology company developing allogeneic, or donor-derived, cellular immunotherapies. The company says its platform uses a proprietary Notch-mediated stem-cell expansion and directed-differentiation process licensed from Fred Hutch Cancer Center. It uses donor umbilical cord blood cells to produce immune and progenitor cells intended for use without matching each donor to a patient. These are descriptions of Deverra’s platform and intended approach, not proof of superiority or evidence that its products are available treatments. More detail is on the company’s overview page.
#1 Best Overall
- 【FILTER IN SECONDS】Filtration can be a pain, taking hours using gravity alone. Our lab vacuum pump, which works at 10L/min, can accomplish the same job in seconds - even with highly viscous liquids. The vacuum pump can save hours in the lab and let you run more experiments - or produce more product. Many of our customers use our lab filtration pump for essential oils, e-juice, home-brewing and more
- 【OIL FREE】Many other pumps need their oil changed after only 12 hours of use. And cheaper models are also notoriously weak and unreliable. The LABFISH vacuum pump uses a powerful, 0.075Mpa oilless small diaphragm pump, which means it isn’t messy and doesn’t need regular maintenance. The pump can pull a vacuum strong enough for most lab or industrial work
- 【ANTI-SLIP】The unique base design, containing four special rubber anti-slip pads, can be steadily fixed on the workbench to prevent the machine from shaking and run more quietly and steadily
- 【COMPACT DESIGN】The small vacuum pump is compact and easy to store when not in use. It is built with sturdy lab-quality materials meant to last for years. The oilless design also guarantees that oil from the pump won’t contaminate your work - a risk in many pumps
- 【APPLICATIONS】Can be used wildly in aerator, nitrogen blower, solid phase extractor, thin layer color developing spray, solvent filter, air sampler and other vacuum pressure need. There are more uses in life. When you need to use a vacuum storage bag with a valve to store food or items, you will find it very convenient
How its programs differ
| Program | Stage and intended use | Development or licensing status |
|---|---|---|
| Dilanubicel | Lead investigational hematopoietic stem and progenitor cell therapy; intended as an adjunct to standard chemotherapy for newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML). | Deverra says it is seeking a pharmaceutical partner to support commercialization. |
| DVX201 | Unmodified natural killer (NK) cell product; Deverra says it was safely dosed in two Phase 1 trials. | Licensed to Coeptis Therapeutics for specified fields, including viral infections and relapsed or refractory AML or high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome. |
| Engineered NK and myeloid-cell platforms | Preclinical or IND-enabling programs for hematologic malignancies and solid tumors, according to the company. | Under a late-2025 exclusive license, Seattle Children’s assumed development and manufacturing responsibilities for certain preclinical assets. |
Program descriptions and stages are based on Deverra’s company website and program pages, and the company’s 2025 annual report. Licensing or a development partnership does not mean a therapy is approved or commercially available.
Dilanubicel remains investigational
Deverra says a global randomized Phase 2 trial found a statistically significant increase in remission rates when dilanubicel was added to standard chemotherapy compared with chemotherapy alone. The company’s 2025 annual report also says the program has FDA Regenerative Medicine Advanced Therapy (RMAT) designation. RMAT is a designation, not FDA approval, and does not guarantee approval. The materials cited here do not establish the trial’s endpoint definitions or effect sizes, so the company’s summary should not be treated as a complete account of the clinical evidence.

Deverra says it is seeking a pharmaceutical partner to enable commercialization. That is a stated business objective, not an announced commercialization agreement or a forecast of when the therapy might reach patients.

In its annual report dated May 1, 2026, Deverra reported approximately $1,612 in cash and approximately $4.5 million in negative working capital as of December 31, 2025. These are dated company-reported figures, not a current cash balance. The filing reported revenue of $696,727 in 2025, down from $3.9 million in 2024, attributing the decrease to the completion of two Washington State grants and termination of a shared-services agreement with Coeptis.

- DURABLE TITANIUM ALLOY PROBES: Engineered for longevity and biocompatibility, our high-efficiency probes are corrosion-resistant and lightweight. Perfect for cell disruption, dispersion, and emulsification in demanding lab environments
The same filing describes recurring losses and negative operating cash flow, which Deverra expects to continue in the near term. The company said it planned to address working capital through expense management, divestiture of development assets, and raising capital through equity or debt. It also said these conditions raise substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern for twelve months from the report’s issuance date. These are the company’s disclosures and assessment; the filing does not establish what its cash position is after year-end 2025.

What a reader should take from the story
- For investors: The 2023 financing headline is historical. The 2026 annual report indicates reliance on additional funding or other measures, but does not document an open offering or its terms.
- For patients and caregivers: Dilanubicel and the other described cell products are investigational or preclinical, not established treatment options on the evidence cited here. Discuss AML care with a qualified oncology team.
- For readers tracking the company: Separate Deverra’s lead program from assets licensed to partners, and distinguish company-reported trial summaries from independently detailed clinical results.
