(Hons.) CBCS Semester II Corporate Accounting paper is identified by unique paper code 22411201. The University of Delhi’s September 2021 date sheet scheduled it for 26 September 2021. A third-party page offers a copy labelled solved, but it is not an official DU answer key, and its listing conflicts with the marks printed on the reproduced paper.
Identify the correct 2021 paper
Match the course and semester as well as the title: this is Corporate Accounting, B.Com. (H), CBCS, Semester II, unique paper code 22411201. The official University of Delhi date sheet lists the paper as 22411201_OC on Sunday, 26 September 2021, during the open-book examination measures for academic session 2020–21. See the University of Delhi Examination Branch date sheet.
Paper codes matter because other years and later course structures may use the same Corporate Accounting title. The university maintains a question-paper bank, but the available evidence does not establish that it contains this specific 2021 paper or its solutions. A third-party copy should not be described as an official university publication. Visit the University of Delhi question-paper bank.
What “solved” means for this copy
AskFilo’s third-party listing advertises a PDF and solutions with explanations. It displays a view-solution interface, but the answers have not been independently verified here; treat them as study aids, not authoritative marking guidance. Check calculations, statutory provisions and answer presentation against your course materials and applicable authoritative sources. Open the third-party solved-paper listing.

Resolve the marks and question-count conflict
The listing’s summary says 80 marks and 85 questions / 180 minutes. By contrast, the reproduced question paper identifies itself as question paper number 697, states 75 maximum marks and a duration of three hours, and labels the paper as 40 printed pages. These are conflicting details on the same third-party page. The 75-mark and three-hour figures are transcribed from its paper copy, not independently verified against an official paper PDF; the question count is unreconciled. Do not treat either marks figure or the listed question count as settled without checking the copy you use.
Instructions and topics visible in the reproduced paper
The reproduced paper tells candidates to “Attempt ALL Questions” and says “Working Notes should form part of the answer.” It allows simple calculators, asks for brief, to-the-point theoretical answers, and permits English or Hindi, with one medium used consistently. Attribute these instructions to the reproduced copy.

Among the sample prompts visible in the listing are questions about how “Stock Options Outstanding Account” appears under “Reserves & Surplus” in a company balance sheet, whether shares can be issued at a discount under the Companies Act, 2013, and whether Securities Premium can be considered a free reserve under any provision of that Act. These examples illustrate what is visible; they do not establish the content of every question in the full paper.

A University of Delhi college’s 2021–22 outcome-based education document identifies course 22411201 as B.Com. (H), Corporate Accounting, Semester II. Its listed scope provides context for revision, but it does not prove that every topic appeared in the 2021 examination.

See Aditi Mahavidyalaya’s 2021–22 course outcome and syllabus document. When choosing a Corporate Accounting textbook for B.Com. (Hons.) or a Semester II Corporate Accounting practice book, compare its edition and syllabus against the course you are studying. A book for a later course framing may not match this 2021 CBCS paper, and it should not be mistaken for an official solution source. A DU exam-preparation video refers to Fundamentals of Corporate Accounting B.Com. (Hons.) (DSC)-2.1, Semester II; that title alone does not establish compatibility with the 2021 course. See the CEP Classes DU Corporate Accounting exam-preparation video.
