Hindustan Times reported on October 2, 2024, that the Delhi Directorate General of Home Guards had released admit cards for the written computer-based test, scheduled for October 6, 2024. Those dates are historical: this recruitment cycle has moved on, and an old candidate-specific download link should not be assumed to remain active. Check the Directorate General of Home Guards, Government of NCT of Delhi website for current notices.
What happened with the 2024 admit card?
Hindustan Times reported the release on October 2, 2024, ahead of the October 6, 2024 written computer-based test. The report is the source for the release and exam-date details; the dates refer to the 2024 recruitment cycle, not an upcoming examination. Read the contemporaneous Hindustan Times report.

Exam format reported at the time
Hindustan Times described the test as an objective CBT with 80 questions worth one mark each, for 80 marks total, and a duration of 90 minutes. These format details are reported by the news outlet; they are not independently confirmed here against a retrievable official exam notice.
Where to check current Delhi Home Guard information
The official authority is the Directorate General of Home Guards, Government of NCT of Delhi. Its Recruitment page lists the 2024 enrollment and detailed notice. Its Notifications page includes later recruitment-stage updates, including medical examination and final-result notices. These pages document that the process continued beyond the CBT; they do not establish that a candidate’s old admit-card download is still available.
For any new recruitment or current candidate instruction, rely on the latest official notice rather than an old download link or a third-party article. The 2024 detailed enrollment notice invited applications for 10,285 Home Guard volunteers, with the online application window running from January 24 through February 13, 2024.
