The available material does not independently establish Daleriva’s legal business identity, operating address, official contact details, current inventory, or current operations. That absence is not proof the business does not exist; it means a buyer should verify the seller before sending money or arranging transport.
Which inspection, delivery, return, and warranty claims are documented?
TechBullion says buyers receive condition reports and a three-hour inspection window after delivery, with a driver demonstrating the machine. It also claims delivery anywhere in the country within two or three days, a 14-day money-back return policy, and a 180-day warranty covering parts and labor. The article does not link to supporting policy documents. Treat each as an unverified promotional assertion unless Daleriva supplies terms that apply to the specific machine and transaction.

A December 16, 2025 Nairaland post repeats similar promotional claims, but repetition is not independent confirmation. The TechBullion copy also refers to “Hibernia” and a “Locomo co-curated logistics network,” inconsistencies that make it especially important to ask for primary documentation rather than rely on the article. How to protect your money before buying used heavy equipment
For a purchase this large, base the decision on the machine and transaction documents—not a marketing description. Before paying a deposit or accepting delivery, request and verify:

- Seller identity: The full legal business name, jurisdiction, physical address, and contact details. Confirm that the name on the contract, invoice, payment instructions, and title or ownership records is consistent.
- Machine identity and ownership: The make, model, year, serial or PIN, hours, included attachments, and documentation showing the seller has authority to transfer the equipment.
- Condition and service history: A machine-specific inspection report, maintenance records, known defects, and clear photos or video. Arrange an independent inspection by a qualified heavy-equipment technician before purchase when feasible.
- Written inspection terms: If an arrival inspection or demonstration is offered, establish when the inspection period starts, how long it lasts, what tests are allowed, and what happens if the machine differs from its description.
- Written return and warranty terms: Obtain the full policy before paying. Check deadlines, exclusions, who pays return transport, whether labor and parts are covered, the remedy available, and how to submit a claim. Do not rely on a stated number of days without those details.
- Total delivered cost and schedule: Get a written quote identifying transport charges, loading and unloading responsibilities, insurance, taxes or fees, delivery destination, and a confirmed shipping timeline. A broad delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.
- Payment protections: Use a traceable payment method and confirm payment instructions through independently verified seller contact details. Be cautious if asked to pay an individual or a different entity from the one named in the contract.
Keep the advertisement, inspection records, contract, invoice, warranty, shipping documents, and payment confirmations together. They make it easier to compare the delivered machine with what was promised and to pursue a remedy if a dispute arises.
