Kode barang/jasa enam digit pada faktur Coretax dilaporkan tidak wajib diisi. Jika Anda mencantumkannya, kodenya harus cocok dengan referensi yang berlaku. Yang tetap penting adalah nama BKP/JKP pada faktur harus menggambarkan barang atau jasa yang benar-benar diserahkan. Sumber yang tersedia belum mengesahkan file katalog induk atau lokasi unduhan resmi yang aktif, jadi jangan mengandalkan daftar pihak ketiga sebagai daftar terkini tanpa mencocokkannya dengan kanal DJP.
Apakah kode barang/jasa Coretax wajib diisi?
Menurut ketentuan kolom Code dalam dokumen Referensi Pengisian XML DJP sebagaimana dikutip DDTCNews, kode barang/jasa enam digit tidak wajib diisi. Namun, jika dicantumkan, kodenya harus sesuai referensi. Pernyataan itu dilaporkan DDTCNews pada 30 November 2024; pastikan kembali referensi yang berlaku sebelum mengisi faktur saat ini. Artinya, kode referensi dan uraian transaksi adalah dua hal berbeda. Opsionalnya kode tidak menghapus kewajiban untuk mengisi nama barang kena pajak (BKP) atau jasa kena pajak (JKP) secara akurat.
Di mana mendapatkan daftar referensi kode?
Sumber yang dapat diverifikasi untuk panduan faktur XML menjelaskan alur unggah, tetapi tidak mengesahkan salinan induk daftar kode, tautan unduhan katalog aktif, atau nomor versi katalog. Karena itu, artikel ini tidak menyalin daftar panjang kode maupun menyebut satu lokasi unduhan sebagai katalog resmi terkini. Periksa kanal DJP sebelum menggunakan file katalog; cocokkan kode yang hendak dipakai dengan referensi yang berlaku, bukan hanya dengan daftar lama atau salinan pihak ketiga.

DDTCNews melaporkan pada 30 November 2024 bahwa referensi yang dirujuk saat itu memuat lebih dari 1.900 kode enam digit. Angka tersebut menggambarkan laporan bertanggal itu, bukan jumlah katalog terbaru yang sudah diverifikasi.
Pastikan nama barang atau jasa menjelaskan transaksi sebenarnya
Dalam artikel 12 September 2025, DJP menekankan bahwa jenis barang atau jasa pada faktur harus berisi keterangan yang sebenarnya mengenai nama BKP/JKP yang diserahkan. Jadi, jangan mengganti uraian yang jelas dengan kode saja atau memilih nama yang tidak sesuai agar cocok dengan suatu kategori.

Uang muka, termin, angsuran, dan pelunasan
Jika faktur berkaitan dengan uang muka, pembayaran termin, angsuran, atau pelunasan, jelaskan sifat pembayaran itu dalam keterangan transaksi sesuai keadaan sebenarnya. Sebagai contoh pengisian, DJP menggunakan uraian “Uang Muka sebesar Rp12 juta untuk pembelian komputer merek ABC”. Itu contoh deskripsi transaksi, bukan kode klasifikasi atau acuan harga. Jangan menebak kode dari nama barang, mengambil kode contoh sebagai klasifikasi hukum, atau menganggap angka jumlah kode yang dilaporkan pada 2024 sebagai jumlah katalog terkini.
