Can you still apply for CSEET November 2025?
No. The November 2025 application window is over. ICSI’s announcement set 15 October 2025 as the last date to register, and its cut-off dates PDF independently confirms that deadline. The exam was scheduled for 8 November 2025. These are historical dates, not an invitation to apply now.
At the time of checking on 8 October 2026, ICSI’s CSEET page displayed the February 2027 session and a registration deadline of 31 October 2026. Session notices and deadlines can change; use the live page to confirm the date and open the current application link rather than relying on an old notice.

Remote-proctor instructions were session-specific
For November 2025, ICSI’s candidate instructions said candidates could take the test on a laptop or desktop from home or another convenient, isolated place. Mobile phones, tablets and palmtops were not allowed. Check the instructions for your own session: those 2025 device and location rules do not establish current policy.

- Open ICSI’s official CSEET page.
- Find the notice for the session you intend to take and verify its registration deadline, exam date, fee, format and eligibility requirements.
- Use the registration link provided on that page and follow the instructions for that specific session.
- Keep the session notice and candidate instructions handy; do not rely on the November 2025 terms for a later exam.
ICSI describes CSEET as an entry route into the Company Secretary course for eligible students, including those appearing in or who have passed senior secondary education. Confirm the current eligibility conditions in the notice for your intended session.

Which syllabus and study resources should you use?
Do not prepare for a later exam using the November 2025 paper list without checking the syllabus applicable to your session. ICSI’s academic resources page links to the restructured syllabus, study material, sample question papers and guideline answers for sessions from June 2026 onward.
