No: ICSI’s published CSEET calendar does not list a December 2026 session, and the October 2026 centre-change window had already closed by 8 October. The February 2026 CSEET Communique lists June, October and February sessions; for October, it gives a change window from 21 August to 1 September, closing at 16:00 hours. ICSI’s separate notice about examination centres from December 2026 onwards concerns Company Secretaries examinations, not proof of a December CSEET session.
Is there a December 2026 CSEET centre-change deadline?
ICSI’s February 2026 CSEET Communique says the restructured CSEET is conducted three times a year—in June, October and February. It does not list a December CSEET session. ICSI’s examination-centres page has a separate listing for centres opening for Company Secretaries examinations from December 2026 onwards; that announcement should not be read as a December CSEET schedule.
As of 8 October 2026, the published October CSEET centre-change window was also over. It ran from 21 August through 1 September, up to 16:00 hours, according to the ICSI February 2026 CSEET Communique. The bulletin excerpt does not specify a timezone.
CSEET centre-change dates listed by ICSI
| CSEET session | Published centre-change window | Closing time |
|---|---|---|
| June | 21 April–1 May | 16:00 hours |
| October | 21 August–1 September | 16:00 hours |
| February | 21 December–1 January | 16:00 hours |
These dates and times are those in ICSI’s February 2026 Communique. Check ICSI’s current notices before acting in case a later notice changes a schedule. The bulletin lists a centre-change fee of ₹250 per change, alongside an examination fee of ₹1,500 per session and a late fee of ₹250. These are the bulletin’s published figures, not a guarantee of current charges.

Can you change your CSEET centre after the deadline?
The available official information does not establish an after-deadline change procedure, exception process or remedy for the October 2026 session. Do not assume a change is still available or send payment based on unofficial guidance. Check the latest CSEET notices or contact ICSI through its official channels to ask whether any current instruction applies to your registration.

Use the official ICSI CSEET notices page for session information, announcements and registration updates. When checked, it listed October 2026 examination information and February 2027 registration. The linked October announcement file was not accessible in the available official material, so its full instructions and any further dates or remedies cannot be confirmed here.
ICSI’s What’s New listing separately references December CS examinations and October CSEET information. Read the session name on any notice carefully: a Company Secretaries examination centre announcement is not itself a CSEET notice.
