Choose MUBI for its hand-picked streaming catalog
MUBI describes its streaming selection as hand-picked. Its MUBI GO plan may add practical value if the weekly cinema ticket is available in your city; confirm local eligibility before counting that benefit toward the price. Catalogs change, so look up specific films on each service before paying for a longer term.
What the 2025 MUBI deal does—and does not—tell you

Keep streaming access separate from disc purchases
A Criterion.com account and CriterionChannel.com account using the same email gained single sign-on on September 24, 2026, but billing remains separate. Buying discs or merchandise through Criterion.com does not include a Criterion Channel subscription. The Channel app listing notes that its streaming library includes many complete editions released on Blu-ray and DVD, but a physical disc purchase is not streaming access.
