The announced North American launch prices for Crimson Desert were $69.99 for Standard, $89.99 for Deluxe, and $279.99 for Collector’s Edition. The Collector’s package added a 17-inch diorama and other physical collectibles, plus both the Deluxe and Ultimate in-game item packs. The original game’s pre-order offers are historical: the game launched on March 19, 2026, so a purchase now should not be assumed to include them.
What each Crimson Desert edition included
Pearl Abyss announced three North American launch editions. These are the publisher’s announced launch prices, not verified current retailer prices.

Original game pre-order bonuses, by platform
Pearl Abyss listed the Khaled Shield as the original game pre-order bonus. It listed the Grotevant Plate Set as a PS5-exclusive bonus available with a PlayStation edition. These were launch-era offers, not a promise that a copy purchased now includes either item.
The publisher said the Mac version was available only as a digital Standard Edition and did not include the original pre-order bonus. Check a seller’s current product listing for the platform, edition, game format, and any explicitly stated bonus eligibility.
How much more Collector’s cost—and what the premium bought
At the announced North American launch prices, Deluxe cost $20 more than Standard, while Collector’s cost $190 more than Deluxe. Those differences are calculated from Pearl Abyss’s announced prices, not from current listings.
Rank #2
- A VAST, SEAMLESS WORLD — Explore the continent of Pywel as a fully seamless open world, where countless destinies unfold across uncharted lands filled with danger, beauty, and discovery.
- RELENTLESS ACTION, BRUTAL COMBAT — Fight for survival in fast‑paced, visceral battles using swords, spears, bows, elemental abilities, and powerful skills, where a single moment can determine victory or defeat.
- DAWNING FATE — Witness the fragile balance between rival factions shatter as Kliff and the Greymanes are drawn into a brutal conflict that reshapes the fate of the continent.
- THOSE WHO PROTECT AND THOSE WHO TORMENT — Confront the Black Bears and their ruthless leader Myurdin as allies fall, loyalties fracture, and Pywel descends further into chaos.
- THE BEGINNING OF A NEW JOURNEY — Set out to rebuild the Greymanes, reclaim a lost homeland, and pursue vengeance along a path that reveals deeper truths about power, war, and destiny.
The $190 jump from Deluxe to Collector’s was mainly for the 17-inch diorama and the physical collector items, together with the Ultimate Pack on top of the Deluxe Pack. Whether that premium is worthwhile depends on how much you value those collectibles and the additional in-game items; the announced contents alone do not establish a resale value or a financial return.
Availability and what to verify before buying
Pearl Abyss described Collector’s as a limited-release package that would no longer be available once sold out. It also said physical editions were available only in selected regions and that package contents could vary by region. Current retailer inventory and prices are not established here.
- Confirm the exact edition and platform in the listing.
- Check whether the listing is for a physical or digital copy and what is included in that region’s package.
- Look for explicit terms for any bonus item; do not infer that a historical pre-order bonus is still included.
- Compare the seller’s current total price rather than relying on the original launch-announcement price.
Keep the later DLC pre-order separate
The original game’s announced release date was March 19, 2026. A separate Pearl Abyss notice dated September 3, 2026 and revised September 30 discussed pre-orders for the Crimson Desert Enhanced DLC, “Charting the Unknown,” with an announced October 29, 2026 release. That is a distinct DLC offer, not an extension of the original game’s edition contents or pre-order bonuses.
