The reported New York JFK–London Gatwick fare started at $129. Rome started at $149, while the specified Los Angeles–Paris example started at $132, so the available details do not show Paris under $130.
What the reported fares covered
Travel + Leisure’s August 18, 2025 report described Norse Atlantic Airways fares on particular routes and dates. These were one-way starting prices, not guaranteed prices for every traveler or a round-trip total.
| Route | Reported fare | Qualification |
|---|---|---|
| New York JFK to London Gatwick | From $129 one way | The report listed October 15, 2025, as an example date. |
| New York to Rome Fiumicino | From $149 one way | Above the $130 threshold. |
| Los Angeles to Paris Charles de Gaulle | From $132 one way | The cited example was for October 5, 2025; above the threshold. |
The same report also mentioned New York fares to Berlin and Oslo from under $140, Los Angeles to Athens from $158, New York to Athens from $149, and Orlando to London from $149. Those are historical examples, not current quotes. Travel + Leisure’s report is the source for these route and price details.
Does the deal still exist?
The reported offer does not establish what a traveler can book now. As of October 7, 2026, the available current fare-page snapshots show different airlines, routes, dates, currencies, and trip types; they do not verify that Norse’s 2025 fares remain available. Airfares and seat inventory change, and a “from” price may apply only to limited seats or dates.

What to check before treating a low fare as a bargain
The 2025 report identified the lowest fares as Norse Economy Light. It described that fare as including one personal item and a carry-on weighing up to 22 pounds, with restrictive tickets that could be changed for a fee. Those are the terms described in that report, not a guarantee of Norse’s current rules. Consult the exact fare conditions before payment; Norse’s official site is the place to check current booking and fare information.

Paris by train is a separate option
A September 2026 Eurostar promotion offered London–Paris rail tickets from £35 one way for travel within a specified window, subject to availability. That was a train offer—not evidence of a sub-$130 Paris flight—and its stated booking window has elapsed. Check current rail availability separately if your itinerary makes a train practical. Eurostar’s deals page lists its offers.
