There is no public Kraken Wallet phone number. As of August 2026, Wallet help is provided through Kraken’s official Support Center, guided contact forms, and in-app chat. Kraken may show a Call us button to eligible users for specific cases, but you cannot safely reach that service by dialing a number found online. Kraken Wallet also has no separate support account on Telegram, Discord, Reddit, X, WhatsApp, or other social networks.
Anyone who contacts you first and asks for a recovery phrase, password, 2FA code, device approval, private key, remote access, or a transfer to a “safe” wallet is an impersonator.
Fastest official route to Kraken Wallet help
- Open the official Kraken Support Center directly, or open the official Kraken mobile app.
- Search for the Wallet issue or choose the relevant guided support topic.
- Use Contact Kraken Support, the guided request form, or (in the mobile app) Account settings → Support → open a support article → Chat with us.
- Describe whether the problem concerns Kraken Wallet, the Kraken exchange account, or a transfer between them.
- Keep the ticket number and reply only through the official support thread or a verified Kraken email.
Do not follow a support link sent by an unsolicited message. Type the official address yourself or reach it from the verified Kraken app.

The Kraken Wallet section of the Support Center covers app settings, sending and receiving crypto, networks and tokens, wallet connections, security, and recovery guidance. It is the safest first step for routine questions because it avoids search-result advertisements and impersonator accounts.

Official contact form
Kraken identifies its Contact Kraken Support workflow as the quickest way to submit a Wallet inquiry. Select the product and issue, provide the requested technical details, and omit all secrets. The form may display different choices depending on your region, product, and issue.
In-app chat
For Kraken’s mobile apps, use Account settings → Support, open an applicable article, then tap Chat with us. The conversation can begin with guided prompts or automated assistance before escalation to a specialist. Kraken advertises support messaging around the clock, but response speed depends on demand, issue type, account status, region, and any security review. Its contact center currently warns that inquiry volumes may be high.
For an account that may be compromised, start with Kraken’s official account-compromise contact flow.
Email replies to an official ticket
Kraken may reply by email after you open a support request. Official addresses end in @kraken.com, including subdomains such as @email.kraken.com. A matching domain is only one check: display names and message content can be spoofed, so verify the conversation from inside the app or Support Center before clicking links or acting on instructions.

Conditional in-app voice support
Kraken does not publish a direct-dial support number. When Kraken decides a call is appropriate and your case is eligible, a Call us option may appear in the Support tab of the Kraken, Kraken Pro, or Krak app. If the button is absent, use chat or the official contact form. Availability can vary by product, jurisdiction, device, and issue; Kraken’s May 7, 2026 guidance described its call-verification banner as available on iOS, with Android enablement forthcoming at that time.

Official mobile apps
Download apps only from Kraken’s official website or the legitimate Apple App Store or Google Play listing reached from Kraken pages. Check the publisher and app identity. Kraken lists its official apps, including Kraken Wallet for Android 9.0 and later, at Kraken’s official mobile-apps page.
Never install an APK, browser extension, remote-support program, or “wallet recovery” app supplied by a purported agent.
What “24/7 support” actually means

Kraken Wallet and Kraken exchange support are different
Kraken Wallet
- A self-custodial wallet app with Wallet-specific help content.
- No separate Wallet phone number or social-media support account.
- Your Secret Recovery Phrase controls access and must never be disclosed.
Kraken exchange account
- Handles account access, identity checks, trading, deposits, withdrawals, and exchange security.
- Uses Kraken’s broader support system, including mobile chat and, for selected cases, in-app voice support.
Tell support the exact product and transaction direction: for example, “Kraken exchange to Kraken Wallet,” “Wallet to external address,” or “cannot open Wallet.” A blockchain transfer, token contract, unsupported network, and exchange-account problem may require different teams, and an exchange agent cannot simply reverse an on-chain transaction.
How to recognize fake Kraken support
Kraken Wallet says it will not initiate contact through social media, phone calls, or text messages and has no separate social support channels. Treat these as unsafe:
- Phone numbers in search results, advertisements, forums, or unsolicited messages.
- Direct messages on X, Reddit, Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook.
- Look-alike domains or “Kraken support” websites.
- Requests to move funds to a “safe,” “検証,” or replacement wallet.
- Requests to install remote-access software or disable security controls.
- Claims that your Wallet must be “synchronized,” “validated,” or “unlocked” by entering its phrase.

- Secret Recovery Phrase, seed words, or private key.
- Password, 2FA code, device-approval code, or Master Key.
- Remote access to your computer or phone.
- Removal or weakening of account-security settings.
A support specialist can investigate a transaction using public information. The Secret Recovery Phrase is never needed to inspect or repair the app.

What to do when something goes wrong
You cannot open Wallet or sign in
Use the official Support Center in a browser and choose the account-access or compromise workflow. Do not use a phone number supplied by a search result or an online “recovery agent.”
A transfer is missing, delayed, or on the wrong network
Check the network, token, destination address, transaction status, and confirmation requirements. Include the transaction hash and public addresses in your ticket. Kraken may investigate an exchange-side issue, but a completed blockchain transfer to an external address is generally not reversible. Recovery depends on the asset, network, destination, and whether the funds remain recoverable.
You suspect account compromise
- Stop replying to any unsolicited contact.
- Do not approve new-device requests, withdrawals, or security changes.
- Open the official account-compromise workflow.
- Explain the timeline, transaction hashes, affected public addresses, and unusual activity.
- Change credentials and follow Kraken’s account-locking instructions when applicable.
Never send passwords, codes, recovery phrases, private keys, or remote access.

Assume the self-custodial Wallet is compromised. Do not add funds. On a trusted device, create a new wallet with a newly generated phrase and move remaining assets only when safe and technically possible. Revoke token approvals where applicable, preserve transaction hashes, addresses, screenshots, and timestamps, and contact Kraken if an exchange account or transfer is also involved. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible; Kraken cannot guarantee recovery of assets held in a self-custodial wallet.

A fake account already contacted you
End the conversation, do not click links, block and report the account on that platform, and submit details through Kraken’s official Support Center. A person knowing your name, ticket number, or transaction details is not proof of authenticity.
Prepare a useful support request
Include:
- Product: Kraken Wallet, Kraken app, Kraken Pro, or exchange website.
- Device, operating system, and app version if visible.
- Approximate time of the problem and your time zone.
- Public wallet address, blockchain/network, and transaction hash when relevant.
- The exact error message.
- Screenshots with passwords, QR codes, recovery phrases, and private data redacted.
- An existing ticket number.
Never include a Secret Recovery Phrase, private key, password, 2FA code, or device-approval code.
The Bottom Line
Use Kraken’s official Support Center, contact form, or in-app Chat with us. A Call us button is an in-app, case-dependent option—not a public hotline. Ignore phone numbers, social accounts, and unsolicited contacts, and never disclose your Secret Recovery Phrase or account-security codes.
