Si eres una persona física mayor de 18 años y no tienes Contraseña ni e.firma vigente, puedes solicitar al SAT tu Constancia de Situación Fiscal con Cédula de Identificación Fiscal (CIF) mediante SAT ID. Si el SAT autoriza la solicitud, te enviará el documento en PDF al correo registrado; después podrás guardarlo o imprimirlo. El plazo máximo publicado es de cinco días hábiles desde que generas la solicitud.
Cómo obtener e imprimir la constancia con SAT ID
- Entra a la página oficial del trámite SAT ID y selecciona la solicitud de Constancia de Situación Fiscal con CIF para personas físicas.
- Completa los pasos de identificación que muestre SAT ID. La solicitud está dirigida a personas físicas mayores de 18 años que no tienen Contraseña o e.firma vigente. Enviar la solicitud no significa que se apruebe automáticamente: el SAT debe validarla y autorizarla.
- Si la respuesta es positiva, revisa el correo electrónico que registraste. El SAT indica que enviará allí la constancia en PDF en un plazo máximo de cinco días hábiles después de generar la solicitud.
- Abre el PDF y guárdalo. Para imprimirlo, usa la opción de impresión de tu dispositivo o lector de PDF; la impresión es posterior a la obtención del archivo y no necesitas una impresora para completar el trámite.

Si solo te piden tus datos fiscales para emitir una factura, distingue esos datos de la exigencia de mostrar una constancia o CIF. El SAT indica que no pueden condicionar la expedición de una factura a exhibir esos documentos.

Por eso, el generador web y SAT Móvil no resuelven por sí solos el caso de quien no tiene ninguna de esas credenciales. La ficha del trámite SAT ID también enumera atención presencial; si SAT ID no funciona, consulta allí las instrucciones vigentes y los requisitos de cita antes de acudir.
Si no conoces tu RFC o eres persona moral
Si no sabes si estás inscrito o cuál es tu RFC, el SAT ofrece un servicio de validación para consultar la clave mediante CURP y verificar si una persona está registrada. La ruta SAT ID explicada aquí es para personas físicas; el SAT señala que las personas morales generan la Constancia en el portal con Contraseña o e.firma vigente.
