|---|---|---|
| NorthC | Six | Amsterdam, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich |
| Stellanor Datacenters | Two | London |
Colt Technology Services confirmed the completed divestment in its completion announcement. The announcement does not display a publication date.
Which facilities were sold, and why?
The eight sites were among the assets Colt acquired through its 2023 Lumen EMEA transaction. Colt announced the planned sale in April 2025 and later confirmed that it had closed.
Colt said the divestment would allow it to focus on its core strategy and sustainable digital infrastructure. CEO Keri Gilder described the priorities as growth, customer experience and building a sustainable network. These are Colt’s stated reasons for the decision, not independently established outcomes.

Did Colt sell Colt Data Centre Services?
No. The transaction was a divestment by Colt Technology Services and is separate from Colt Data Centre Services (Colt DCS). Colt DCS designs, builds and operates data centres for global hyperscalers and large enterprises; it was not the business sold in this transaction.
