The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the CMAT 2025 admit card on 20 January 2025. The exam was scheduled for 25 January 2025. Candidates downloaded the card from the official CMAT website using their application number and date of birth; NTA did not send it by post.
When was the CMAT 2025 admit card released?
NTA’s notice dated 20 January 2025 confirmed the release. It stated: “Admit cards for this exams have been released today i.e. 20th January, 2025.” The 2025 exam cycle is complete; NTA’s current CMAT site displays 2026-cycle results and notices.
How candidates downloaded the admit card
- Go to the official CMAT NTA website.
- Open the admit-card download link and enter the application number and date of birth.
- Retrieve and download the admit card, then check the details and read the instructions printed on it.
- Save the file and print it for the exam. Current guidance in NTA’s CMAT 2026 bulletin specifies a clear printout on A4 paper; that is current-cycle guidance, not a claim about wording in the 2025 release notice.
NTA said the card would not be sent by post. The official route was the CMAT NTA website, rather than an unverified third-party download page.
What to do if the card would not download or had an error
The 20 January 2025 notice and NTA’s FAQ listed the Help Desk at 011-40759000 and [email protected] for download problems or discrepancies. These contacts come from the 2025 notice; verify current contact details on the official CMAT site before relying on them for a later exam cycle.

NTA scheduled the computer-based exam for 25 January 2025, in two shifts:

City intimation slip was not the admit card
NTA’s 17 January 2025 notice described the city intimation slip as advance information about the city where the examination centre would be located. It explicitly said the slip was not the admit card, which would be issued later. The admit card was the separate document candidates needed to download for exam details and instructions.

Important handling and eligibility notes
NTA described the admit card as provisional: its issuance did not by itself necessarily mean final acceptance of a candidate’s eligibility. The agency also said not to mutilate or alter the card and to preserve it.
