That opening report gave a different planned schedule: 5:00 am to 8:00 pm on weekdays and 6:00 am to 8:00 pm on weekends. Those were the hours reported for the opening period, not the current schedule. The sources do not explain the later difference.
How the Clarkson site was approved

PerthNow reported on March 7, 2024, that state planners had unanimously approved the combined Starbucks and 7-Eleven development. Its report described a 220-square-metre Starbucks building with seating for up to 74 people and a drive-through. It also said 24-hour operation had been approved for the coffee operator at that time; that approval report does not establish that the store currently trades around the clock.
