City Bank’s launch coverage says primary cardholders can access the bank’s American Express international and domestic lounges at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, with up to two companions. It also reports 12 complimentary Priority Pass visits annually at selected airports worldwide for primary cardholders. Prothom Alo says those visits may be shared between cardmembers and accompanying guests in any combination, with each individual lounge entry counting as one visit. Check current participating locations and access conditions before travel; the reports do not provide a complete lounge list.

Meet & Greet, tickets and hotels
The announced package includes complimentary Meet & Greet at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport for the cardholder and up to two guests, savings on international air tickets and domestic hotels, and no cash withdrawal fee charged by City Bank on international ATM transactions. That last point does not establish that third-party or network charges are waived. Launch coverage does not give the discount amounts or the full conditions for these services.
Travel benefits tied to GoZayaan bookings
Prothom Alo reports that select travel insurance and luggage benefits apply when international tickets are purchased through GoZayaan. The report does not state coverage limits, exclusions, policy documentation or booking conditions. Treat these as benefits to verify against current terms, not as a guarantee of coverage for every ticket or trip.

How do rewards, dining and other offers work?
Membership Rewards
The reported earning rate is three Membership Rewards points per Tk 100 or US$1 spent. Launch coverage names gift vouchers, annual-fee waivers and purchases with points as possible redemption options, but does not explain excluded transactions, expiry, point value or redemption restrictions.
