Crashes, No Sound, or Screen Glitches?

A free scan shows the junk files, broken settings and background clutter dragging Windows down - then fixes them in one click.Free scan · Windows 10 & 11Short answer: The offer appears genuine, but “only at one dealer” is too definite. Wireless Hotspot publicly advertises a $75 Chatr prepaid bundle described by reporting and customer discussions as 150GB for three months. That works out to $25 per month and 50GB per month equivalent, but the allowance is described as 150GB for the entire term—not 150GB every month. Because Wireless Hotspot’s current collection page also uses a “75GB Total Data” label, confirm the allowance, features and expiry terms in the activation system and on your receipt before paying.
What the $75 Chatr bundle reportedly includes
| Item | Reported term |
|---|---|
| Upfront price | $75 before applicable taxes and any SIM or activation charge |
| Validity | Three months |
| Data | 150GB total, subject to confirmation at activation |
| Monthly equivalent | $25 per month and 50GB per month equivalent; neither figure means the plan resets monthly |
| Payment | Full three-month amount paid in advance |
| Renewal | Reported at $75 for another three-month period, although promotions and terms can change |
| Service type | Prepaid, with no term contract or credit check according to Chatr’s service information |
| Calling and messaging | Launch coverage reports unlimited Canada-wide calling and unlimited texts to Canada, the United States and international numbers, plus other calling features; confirm the exact bundle terms |
| Hotspot | Not conclusively established for this specific bundle |
The arithmetic is straightforward: $75 divided by three months equals $25 per month, and 150GB divided by three equals a 50GB monthly equivalent. The available descriptions indicate that the 150GB is a three-month allowance, not a new 150GB bucket each month. The offer is associated with Wireless Hotspot’s product page and covered by MobileSyrup.

Is it really available only at Wireless Hotspot?
Wireless Hotspot is the clearest public online seller and identifies itself as a Chatr-authorized dealer. That establishes where the offer was publicly advertised, not necessarily where it can be activated.

The defensible description is therefore “publicly advertised by Wireless Hotspot” or “initially spotted at Wireless Hotspot,” rather than “exclusive to one dealer.” Call before travelling and ask for the exact “$75 three-month, 150GB Chatr bundle.”
Chatr’s official plans page does not currently display this bundle among its standard online offers. A dealer product page may still require store selection, in-person activation, local inventory or a particular activation channel.
The important 150GB-versus-75GB discrepancy
Descriptions of the offer conflict. Reporting and user discussions describe 150GB total over three months, while Wireless Hotspot’s current collection page labels the product “Pay Every 3 Months – 75GB Total Data.” Do not assume those labels are interchangeable.

Before payment, have the salesperson show you the allowance in the activation system or account and ensure the receipt states the same amount. If the screen says 75GB, ask whether that is a display error, a different bundle or the actual allowance. Keep a screenshot and the written plan description.
Is the data pooled across three months?
The strongest available descriptions say the customer receives 150GB for use during the three-month term, rather than a rigid 50GB allowance that resets at the start of each month. If that wording applies to your activation, usage could vary—for example, 20GB in the first month, 70GB in the second and 60GB in the third—without a monthly reset.
That interpretation still needs confirmation because the retailer’s conflicting label leaves room for a different plan variant. Ask whether the data is:

Calling, texting and other features
Launch coverage attributes these features to the bundle:
- Unlimited Canada-wide calling.
- Unlimited texting to Canada, the United States and international numbers.
- International Talk Saver.
- Voicemail, call display, call forwarding and group calling.
User discussion indicates that unlimited Canada-wide calling is not presented consistently in every listing. Treat the items above as reported inclusions, not a substitute for the plan details shown during activation.
Hotspot and tethering
The available information does not conclusively establish that hotspot is included in this specific bundle. Ask whether tethering is permitted, whether it draws from the shared data allowance, whether a separate hotspot limit applies and whether any device restrictions exist. General assumptions about Chatr hotspot use are not proof of this offer’s terms.
How to obtain the offer safely
- Contact Wireless Hotspot or another Chatr-authorized retailer before visiting.
- Use the exact description: “$75 three-month Chatr bundle, reported as 150GB total.”
- Ask the store to confirm the total allowance, pooled-versus-monthly structure and the expiry date.
- Confirm calling, international texting, voicemail, hotspot and speed or throttling terms.
- Ask for the complete checkout total, including tax, SIM or eSIM and activation charges.
- Confirm whether renewal is optional or automatic, how it will be charged and whether the $75 price is guaranteed.
- Save the offer screenshot, written terms, receipt, renewal date and any Auto-Pay authorization.
- After activation, check the allowance in your Chatr account and test the services you rely on.
Chatr says customers can buy SIM cards online or visit a retailer; its official online plan page and SIM/eSIM storefront do not by themselves guarantee access to this dealer bundle.
What happens after the three months?
The offer has been reported to renew at $75 every three months. Payment options described for the promotion include online debit or credit card, cash in-store, top-up vouchers or automatic card payment. Confirm which methods your dealer supports and whether Auto-Pay is actually enabled for this product.

Chatr’s general prepaid terms say service is paid in advance and the account must maintain enough balance for the applicable charge. They also describe deactivation rules when an account lacks sufficient balance. For a new prepaid account, the terms refer to deactivation if it is inactive on day 58 after activation; more generally, an account with insufficient balance for three consecutive months can be deactivated and the number lost.

Unused data and plan changes
Chatr’s standard plan page says unused monthly data does not roll over. That rule may not map directly to a three-month pooled bundle. Ask whether unused data expires at the three-month date, carries into a renewal, is replaced by a new allowance or can be preserved when changing plans. The bundle’s own activation terms should control.

Chatr operates on the Rogers network and describes its public plans as offering fast 4G data. Other dealer material mentions speeds of up to 150Mbps for some plans and reduced speeds after a high-speed allowance, but those figures should not automatically be assigned to this $75 bundle.

Who should consider it?
Good fit
- High-data users who can comfortably pay $75 upfront.
- People who value a large three-month pool and no long-term contract.
- Existing Chatr customers whose local authorized dealer can verify the bundle.
- Users seeking a lower effective price than Chatr’s ordinary monthly high-data options.
Poor fit
- Light users unlikely to approach 50GB per month.
- Anyone requiring guaranteed online, nationwide activation.
- Customers who need confirmed hotspot, roaming, 5G or international-calling terms before purchase.
- People who need to pause service without risking number deactivation.
- Anyone unwilling to buy while the written allowance remains unclear.
How it compares with Chatr’s ordinary plans
Chatr’s public monthly page currently shows options including $35 per month for 30GB with Auto-Pay, $30 for 15GB, $25 for 5GB and $21 for 1GB, along with other offers and annual prepaid options. These plans are easier to verify online and avoid a $75 upfront commitment.
For a heavy user who can obtain the bundle as described, $75 for 150GB over three months is materially more data per dollar than the $35/30GB monthly offer. The trade-off is uncertainty around dealer availability, the conflicting 75GB label, term-end expiry and bundle-specific features.
Checklist before you hand over payment
- Does the activation screen say 150GB total, or 75GB?
- Is the allowance pooled for three months or split into monthly buckets?
- Is unlimited Canada-wide calling included?
- Are international texts, voicemail, call display, forwarding and group calling included?
- Is hotspot allowed, and does it use the same pool?
- What happens to unused data at expiry?
- Does renewal occur automatically, and at what price?
- Can you change plans before the three months end?
- What is the total price including tax and SIM or eSIM fees?
- What happens to your phone number if you do not renew?
Bottom line
The $75 Chatr promotion appears real and is compelling if the dealer confirms 150GB total, pooled use over three months and the calling features you need. It is not sufficiently standardized or documented to assume every Chatr location offers it, and Wireless Hotspot’s 75GB label makes written verification essential. Treat Wireless Hotspot as the clearest publicly documented seller—not necessarily the only place where the bundle can be activated.
