The Chase Apple Shop points bonus reported in November 2025 has expired: its stated end date was December 7, 2025. A 9to5Mac report described card-specific bonuses of 10%, 25%, or 50%, but those were terms of that historical promotion—not a confirmed offer today. Check your logged-in Chase account for any new offer and its terms before redeeming points.
What the reported Chase Apple offer included
On November 11, 2025, 9to5Mac reported a limited-time points redemption offer in Chase’s Apple Shop, running through December 7, 2025. The reported bonus depended on the card:

These tiers are from the 2025 campaign as reported by 9to5Mac on November 11, 2025. They do not establish current eligibility, card terms, or an active promotion. The report said the offer was accessed through Chase’s rewards shopping experience. Chase’s Ultimate Rewards program agreement says offer duration and expiration details are provided with the offer, so use the terms shown in your own account rather than assuming an old promotion has returned.
Is the bonus available now?
The documented offer ended December 7, 2025. A search conducted October 7, 2026 did not establish that Chase is currently offering the Apple Shop bonus. That does not rule out a later or account-specific offer; it means the old terms are not evidence of one. Sign in to Chase and inspect the rewards shopping offer and checkout details. Confirm the eligible card, products, points required, cash balance, and expiration date before proceeding. The 2025 report’s AirPods Pro 3 example does not show that the product—or any Apple product—is in a present-day offer.

How to decide whether using points is worthwhile
A bonus raises the redemption value shown for eligible purchases, but it does not automatically make an Apple Shop redemption the best choice. Compare the offer against what the product costs in cash and what you could realistically get from the same points through your other available options, including travel transfers or cash-style redemptions. The 2025 report itself cautioned that travel redemptions or transfers can be more valuable for some cardholders; that is a personal comparison, not a guarantee that travel is always better.
- Check the cash price: Compare the same product and configuration at a retailer you would actually use.
- Use the account’s checkout figures: Note the displayed points required and any amount payable by card. Verify that the chosen item qualifies for the offer.
- Compare alternatives you can use: Consider your actual redemption choices and the value you would assign to them—not a headline bonus percentage alone.
- Review the final terms: Check taxes, shipping, inventory, and the total due before confirming the order.

What the historical examples mean
For a reported $249 AirPods Pro 3 purchase, 9to5Mac calculated that a 25% uplift would require 19,920 points, compared with 24,900 points at the report’s ordinary one-cent-per-point value. The same report illustrated splitting a $120 purchase: at its stated promotional rate of $1.25 per 100 points, 4,800 points covered $60 and the card paid the other $60. These examples explain the arithmetic behind that campaign; they do not confirm current product availability, prices, or Chase terms.
