The Chandigarh TGT admit card release was reported on June 17, 2024, for Advertisement No. 05/2023. The written exams took place June 22–28, 2024, so this is no longer a live admit-card release. The Chandigarh Department of Education’s recruitment archive is the official place to check the recruitment’s later notices; it links to the former candidate portal, but that portal timed out when checked and should not be treated as a working current download.
What the 2024 TGT admit-card notice covered
The notice concerned the Chandigarh Department of Education’s recruitment of Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT Masters/Mistresses) under Advertisement No. 05/2023. The recruitment covered 303 regular posts. The written test was reported as a multiple-choice examination for 150 marks.
Contemporaneous reporting said registered candidates could access the admit-card link from the Department’s website beginning June 17, 2024. The scheduled written examinations ran from June 22 through June 28, 2024. Those dates have passed.
Where to check the official recruitment record
Use the Department of Education’s TGT recruitment archive for the official record. It contains later recruitment material, including document-verification, merit-list and appointment information, reflecting that the cycle moved beyond the written-exam stage.

How candidates were told to download the card in 2024
The June 17, 2024 instructions described this route through the Department website:
- Visit the Department’s TGT recruitment archive and open the relevant TGT recruitment information.
- Choose the admit-card download link for the recruitment.
- Enter the registration details requested by the candidate portal.
- View the admit card, then download and print it.
The contemporaneous instructions did not establish the exact labels of the credential fields. These steps document the original process; they do not confirm that the former login or download remains available.
