What was the last date to apply?
Central Bank of India initially set 9 January 2024 as the last date to submit an application and pay the fee. The bank later extended both deadlines to 16 January 2024. It said the extension was intended to give more candidates an opportunity to apply, and that other terms remained unchanged. Was there another application window?
Yes. After court proceedings, the bank issued a fresh 2024-25 advertisement. The bank’s Human Capital Management, Central Office, said the re-advertisement was issued in implementation of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 09.08.2012 and in compliance with specified High Court and Supreme Court directions. Its separate registration and editing window ran from 21 to 27 June 2024. Candidates already registered in the earlier process were not required to apply again. Is the Safai Karmachari recruitment still open?

What were the eligibility and selection requirements?
