Is ABCOVER registered?
No—not according to the returned Justia records. Both show pending new applications that have not yet been assigned to an examiner. Filing an application is not the same as obtaining a registration, and the available records do not establish the outcome of either application.
The application details above are from Justia database records for serial 50115096 and serial 50120570. Coverager’s October 2026 report describes the school-insurance brand and its reported products: “CBC Underwriters files ABCover school insurance trademark”.

What the filings mean for school districts
The filings identify a trademark applicant and the insurance-related services it seeks to associate with ABCOVER. They do not, by themselves, show that a district is insured, establish the terms of coverage, or confirm that the reported products are available to a particular school system. Districts evaluating staff absence or student accident coverage would need to review the applicable policy documents and obtain current information from the provider or a school insurance broker.
