Can you still file a Cash App settlement claim?
No. The official Cash App Security Settlement website says the November 18, 2024 claim deadline has passed and late claim forms are no longer accepted. The claim process required a completed, timely, valid form; the deadline has not been reopened.

Do not use third-party pages claiming they can submit a new claim for this settlement. The settlement’s official documents page lists the court documents, notice and claim form for the case, but the past form is not a way to file now.
When are approved claim payments scheduled?
The settlement website schedules distribution to approved claims for October 2026. That is the published schedule, not confirmation that a particular claim was approved, or that every payment will arrive on a specific day. The public settlement pages do not establish one payout amount for every claimant.

How to check a claim you already submitted
- Review the claim confirmation and any notices you received, including any request to correct or supplement your claim.
- Contact the settlement administrator to ask whether your claim was received, whether it is approved, and whether any action is needed. The official FAQ lists 1-866-615-9740 and this mailing address: Cash App Security Settlement Administrator, 1650 Arch Street, Suite 2210, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
- Ask the administrator about the payment method and delivery status for your claim. Individual approval, amount, payment method and delivery details are not established by the public settlement information.
Final approval was granted on March 27, 2025, according to the settlement website. The case is Salinas, et al. v. Block, Inc. and Cash App Investing, LLC, Case No. 22-cv-04823, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
Is this the same as the CFPB Cash App payment?
No. A separate Block Inc. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau matter, docket 2025-CFPB-0001, concerns certain historical customer service and disputes practices. Its official CFPB payment page says checks began mailing June 8, 2026. It is not the class-action security settlement, and its eligibility and payment process are separate.

- Double check if the URL/website is genuine before entering card details online. Do not provide any gift card details (example: claim code) to someone you do not know or trust. There are a variety of scams in which fraudsters try to trick others into paying with gift cards.
