Untuk kendala pada alat digital FedEx, gunakan kontak dukungan teknis—bukan sebagai hotline umum layanan pelanggan. Jika Anda sudah memiliki tiket, periksa statusnya melalui halaman dukungan.

- Isi rincian yang diminta. Jelaskan masalah, status terakhir yang Anda ketahui, dan bantuan yang dibutuhkan.
- Kirim permintaan dan simpan informasi konfirmasi atau nomor kasus jika diberikan.
Cara memeriksa tiket dan menemukan nomor yang diperlukan
Untuk tiket yang sudah berjalan, gunakan fitur pemeriksaan tiket di halaman dukungan. Anda dapat diminta memasukkan nomor kasus atau nomor pelacakan.
- Nomor kasus dimulai dengan
C-dan diikuti rangkaian angka. FedEx menyebut nomor kasus diperoleh setelah menghubungi mereka melalui email, telepon, atau chat. - Nomor pelacakan terdiri dari angka. Biasanya dapat ditemukan pada halaman konfirmasi pengiriman, email konfirmasi, atau label pengiriman.
Jangan tertukar: nomor kasus mengidentifikasi permintaan bantuan, sedangkan nomor pelacakan mengidentifikasi kiriman.

FAQ resmi membahas pembaruan status klaim, lamanya proses, siapa yang dapat mengajukan, dan batas waktu pengajuan.
