Interim dividend: ₹2 per share
The board declared an interim dividend of ₹2 for each equity share with a face value of ₹10 for FY 2026–27. The filing summary describes this as 20% of face value. This is a cash distribution to eligible shareholders, separate from the company’s profit and revenue figures; the results do not establish that the dividend caused earnings growth.

The reported record date is October 16, 2026, and CNBC TV18 said payment would be made within 30 days of declaration to eligible shareholders registered in the company’s records or recorded through depositories.
