A TELUS partner customer page accessed October 8, 2026, lists the base Samsung Galaxy S25 at $0 upfront plus taxes and $10 per month for 24 months through TELUS Easy Payment. That is a page-specific offer, not proof that every TELUS customer in Canada qualifies. Eligible-plan rules, credit approval, service charges, taxes and any Bring-It-Back obligation affect the total cost.
What the TELUS partner offer includes
The partner page lists the Galaxy S25 and S25+ in 128GB and 256GB options. For the base Galaxy S25, it displays $0 upfront plus taxes and a $10 monthly device payment on a 24-month, 0% financing term, subject to approved credit. The $0 applies to the upfront device amount; it does not mean the phone or wireless service is free. TELUS partner customer page
The same page shows example service plans at $85, $100 and $115 per month. Each displayed plan price includes a stated $10 pre-authorized bank payment discount. These are examples on the partner page, not confirmed prices or eligibility for every customer. Ask TELUS to confirm the plan available to your account and the final monthly bill.
What you may pay beyond $0 upfront
Keep the device payment, wireless plan, taxes and any end-of-term Bring-It-Back amount separate when judging affordability. TELUS’s public phone catalogue says $0-upfront monthly device pricing may require a select plan and Premium Financing; financing is over 24 months at 0% interest with approved credit, and taxes are due upfront. The catalogue also describes Bring-It-Back terms. TELUS phone catalogue

- Device: The partner page’s S25 example is $10 per month for 24 months.
- Service: The plan is billed separately. The partner page’s example plan prices include a $10 pre-authorized bank payment discount, whose eligibility and continued application should be confirmed.
- Taxes: Taxes are due at purchase under TELUS’s published catalogue terms, even where the upfront device amount is $0.
- Bring-It-Back: If the offer includes this program, TELUS says you must return the device in good working condition or pay the program amount. Cancelling mobility service before the term ends can put that amount on your bill.
TELUS’s published Easy Payment terms say any outstanding device balance becomes due if you terminate service or transfer the account. TELUS also says offers may change without notice. TELUS offer terms
How to check the offer before you agree
- Open the TELUS partner customer page and check whether the offer is available to your account and province.
- Confirm the exact phone: base Galaxy S25, not the S25+ or S25 Ultra, and the storage capacity you want.
- Ask which plan qualifies, whether Premium Financing or Bring-It-Back applies, and whether you qualify for any stated payment discount.
- Request the full 24-month breakdown: device payments, plan charges, upfront taxes, applicable discounts, and any amount due if you keep the phone or cancel service early.
- Compare the written checkout total with your budget before accepting the financing agreement.
How to compare it with another offer
Compare the full 24-month cost, not the advertised upfront amount: device payments, service charges, taxes, discounts and their conditions, plus any Bring-It-Back payment or return requirement. Compare the same storage tier and include the cost of keeping the phone at the end of the term. A Best Buy Canada TELUS listing for the 256GB S25 likewise notes that monthly data plans are additional to device financing, province can affect price, and credit approval may be required. Other advertised prices are not necessarily comparable: an ETFO Thames Valley employee offer form from January 2026 gives different monthly amounts by storage tier and Bring-It-Back status, but those are employee-plan figures, not general retail pricing. A May 2025 MGEU flyer also advertised $0 upfront and $10 monthly for members; it is historical and does not establish current public availability.
