The offer runs September 28 through October 16, 2026. Costco’s U.S. promotion is separate: it offers eligible new members a $20 or $40 Shop Card, depending on membership tier.
What the Canadian $25 offer actually gives you
Costco Canada’s promotion is a voucher reward for an existing member in good standing who enrolls in automatic renewal for the first time. How an eligible Canadian member enrolls
- Sign in to Costco.ca, or create an account using your membership number.
- Choose Renew Membership.
- In Set Up Auto Renew Payment, enter the last name and postal code associated with the membership.
- Add a Mastercard or Visa credit card, select Use Card for Auto Renew, and submit.
Costco says the card is not charged until the next membership renewal date. You can also ask to enroll at a membership counter at a Costco location in Canada. How the voucher works—and where it cannot be used
The voucher requires one online transaction greater than $25, before tax, applicable fees, and shipping unless the quoted price already includes applicable fees or standard shipping.
