Sometimes. CS.MONEY generally treats completed virtual-item transactions as final, but its policy allows requests for confirmed non-delivery and, subject to conditions, unused Trade Balance or Market Balance top-ups. The rules depend on what happened, how you paid, and—if you topped up—whether you acted within 14 days.
Which CS.MONEY transactions may qualify for a refund?
CS.MONEY’s Refund Policy, last updated August 19, 2025, distinguishes between a transaction that was not fulfilled and one that was completed. Its policy says virtual-item exchanges, sales, and purchases are final and cannot be reversed. It does not provide a general change-of-mind refund for a completed item transaction.

Item or service not delivered
If an item or service was not delivered, or was only partly delivered, contact support. CS.MONEY says it will process a refund after confirming non-delivery. A delay at a payment processor by itself does not count as non-delivery.
Unused balance top-up
You may request a refund without giving a reason for an eligible Trade Balance or Market Balance top-up within 14 days of the transaction. The balance must not have been used, you must not have requested reversal of the transaction, and the payment method must support refunds. All of these conditions matter; meeting the 14-day window alone is not enough.

Services or balances already provided
The policy lists balance, Steam account balance, and commission already provided among transactions that are not eligible for a refund. It treats these services as performed once you receive access.
Payment methods can rule out a refund
CS.MONEY lists OpenBanking, Skrill, Neteller, PIX, Boleto, Loterica, Alipay Plus, and some cryptocurrency-based methods as non-refundable. Check the policy eligibility for the method used on your transaction: the unused-top-up exception does not override a method’s non-refundable status. Payment options and eligibility can vary by jurisdiction and transaction.

How to ask CS.MONEY for a refund
- Open the CS.MONEY platform and contact Support through its online chat.
- Identify the transaction and explain whether it concerns an unused balance top-up, an item or service that was not delivered, or a payment the site marked as cancelled.
- For an unused top-up, check the transaction date, whether any of the balance was spent, whether you requested a transaction reversal, and whether the original payment method supports refunds.
- For a non-delivery request, provide the relevant transaction details; CS.MONEY says it must confirm non-delivery before processing that type of refund.
How long does a CS.MONEY refund take?
CS.MONEY says a refund normally goes back through the original payment method and takes about 15 days, with a maximum of 45 days. These are the time estimates in the platform’s policy, not a guarantee of when a particular bank or payment provider will post the money. If the original method does not support refunds, CS.MONEY says it will credit the amount to your Trade Balance or Market Balance.
If the site says “cancelled” after your money was deducted
A cancelled payment is different from a refund request that CS.MONEY approves under its refund policy. Its support FAQ says money should return when the site marks a charged payment as cancelled. If it is delayed, the FAQ directs you to contact the technical support team of the payment system you used. The FAQ does not give a deadline for the return.

Do not confuse a refund with a withdrawal or trade reversal
Market Balance withdrawal
A withdrawal is a cashout of eligible Market Balance proceeds, not a refund for a purchase or top-up. CS.MONEY’s Terms of Use, last updated October 23, 2025, say the balance must come from an item sale; you must pass KYC and provide your own valid, accepted payment method. The terms state a $10 minimum withdrawal and a $1,000 daily maximum after successful KYC, subject to possible lower limits. They say processing is typically within 24 business hours but may take up to 7 business days depending on the payment method or bank. These limits and timelines apply to withdrawals, not refunds. Steam item reversal
The Terms of Use also describe an eight-day Steam item reversal period. A reversal is separate from a refund request and can affect the item and Market Balance, including placing amounts on hold. Do not assume that initiating or facing a reversal is the same as receiving a refund; the refund policy also says a user seeking an unused-top-up refund must not have requested transaction reversal.

What to check before you contact support
- Transaction type: Was it an item purchase or exchange, a balance top-up, a cancelled charge, or proceeds from an item sale?
- Delivery: If an item or service was not delivered, was it wholly or partly missing?
- Top-up eligibility: Is the balance unused, is the request within 14 days, and have you avoided requesting a transaction reversal?
- Payment method: Does the original method support refunds?
- Withdrawal requirements: If you are cashing out sale proceeds, check the source of funds, KYC, payment-method ownership and acceptance, and country availability.
