It says a claim requires the receipt and the international watch guarantee card or, for jewelry, a jewelry certificate. It also says post-warranty repairs may be available and that repair costs will be communicated in advance when a complaint is not covered. Rolex servicing
Sheron says its watchmakers are trained and assessed by Rolex, and describes services ranging from bracelet adjustment to a full overhaul. Its Rolex servicing page says a complete service carries a two-year Service Guarantee. The stated exclusions include accidental damage or mishandling; the guarantee is also lost after unauthorized intervention or use of non-Rolex parts or accessories. This post-service guarantee is distinct from the retailer’s purchase warranty.
