Seiko’s locator listing establishes that WatchesToBuy is listed as a Seiko retailer; it does not confirm that a chosen Seiko model is in stock.
What the retailer’s published terms say
WatchesToBuy says its watches are guaranteed authentic and that it does not sell reproductions. That is the retailer’s claim, not an independent authentication of an individual watch. Its published return policy allows returns within three days if the case has not been opened and the watch remains undamaged. The policy asks customers to contact the shop before returning a watch, says shipping and insurance fees are not refunded, and lists a $25 handling fee. Confirm the total cost, shipping, insurance, tax treatment and terms that apply to your exact order, and save a copy before paying.

- Identity: What is the exact model or reference? Can the seller provide serial information safely and documentation supporting the watch’s identity?
- Originality: Which major parts are original, and which—if any—have been replaced or refinished?
- Condition: Are there known faults, visible damage or functional issues? Can you see clear photographs or inspect the watch in person?
- Service: What work was performed, by whom and when? Ask for available service records rather than relying only on a general description.
- Inspection and returns: Can an independent watch professional inspect it? What happens if an inspection identifies a material problem, and what steps and deadlines apply to a return?
- Water exposure: Do not assume the watch is safe to wear in water; the retailer says it does not guarantee water resistance.
