Watch De Luxe’s English contacts page lists three addresses and weekday hours. The two branded boutiques also list Saturday hours. Because store listings can change—and Tudor’s locator and Watch De Luxe’s own page do not show identical hours for the No. 9 location—verify the destination and opening time directly before setting out.

The retailer’s indexed homepage gives examples of products and displayed prices. Treat both the price and stock label as time-sensitive: reconfirm them, along with the exact reference and the boutique holding the watch, before making a trip or purchase.

What should you confirm before paying?
A displayed listing is not a reservation, and a product’s presence on a retailer page does not establish that the same watch is at a particular boutique. For a high-value purchase, get the details for the specific unit and transaction in writing where practical.
- Exact watch: confirm the model name, reference, size and condition, and that these match the watch and documents you receive.
- Price and availability: ask for the current price, whether the watch is physically available, and which location has it. Do not rely on an earlier homepage stock label.
- Payment and collection: confirm the accepted payment method, pickup address, when the order will be ready and what documents accompany collection.
- Warranty and service: establish which warranty applies to that brand and model, when it begins, what documentation is needed, and where service can be handled.
- Visitor tax refund: if you are visiting from abroad, ask the retailer and relevant authorities about eligibility and procedure. The cited store and brand sources do not establish a tax-free or VAT-refund process.
How do online orders, payment and pickup work?
Watch De Luxe’s FAQ says its e-shop accepts card or PayPal, while personal store pickup can be paid in cash. It also says e-shop orders are limited to EUR 5,000; more expensive pieces are handled through an inquiry and completed in person. Personal pickup at partner stores is possible, with notification when an order is ready. The FAQ mentions branded packaging and a confirmed warranty card. These are general retailer-published terms, not a substitute for confirming the current arrangements for a particular watch.

Before checkout, ask which payment route applies to your purchase, whether the order can be collected at your intended boutique, and what paperwork will be supplied. The EUR 5,000 limit is stated for e-shop orders; do not assume it describes every in-store transaction or that exchange-rate treatment is unchanged. Review the retailer’s FAQ and confirm details with the store.

The Watch De Luxe FAQ states a standard two-year warranty for watches. Its general guidance says service questions can be routed through stores or authorized service centers, but warranty coverage and the appropriate service route depend on the brand, model and purchase terms. Confirm the warranty document and service arrangements for the exact watch before payment.
The FAQ gives basic operating guidance: for a battery-powered watch that stops because its battery is depleted, it says to take the watch to a store for referral to an authorized service center and describes this as free for 24 months after purchase. For an automatic or mechanical watch that is not running, it advises winding via the crown, unscrewing a screw-in crown first where applicable, and taking the watch to a store if it still does not run. Follow the specific watch manual and warranty terms rather than treating this general FAQ advice as a repair instruction for every model.
Brand support is specific to the brand and watch. Tudor’s official retailer listing identifies Watch De Luxe Budapest at Andrássy út 9 as an official Tudor retailer and describes access to Tudor-trained watchmakers through its network. IWC’s official boutique page lists Watch De Luxe in its service network and authorizes it to service certain IWC timepieces—not necessarily every IWC model or repair. Yes. Tudor’s official locator lists Watch De Luxe Budapest at Andrássy út 9 as an official Tudor retailer. It states: “Our store in Budapest, Hungary is recognized as an Official TUDOR Watch Retailer, as we only sell genuine TUDOR timepieces.” The statement is official retailer-listing copy, not a personal testimonial. Use the locator to confirm the listing and contact details before visiting.
What should international visitors know about VAT refunds?
The available store and brand information does not establish whether Watch De Luxe offers tax-free shopping or how a visitor might obtain a VAT refund.
