Bunnings and Uber announced a seasonal same-day delivery offer on 19 December 2024 for eligible online orders from selected stores. Orders placed by 2pm were expected to arrive by 7pm for a stated $15 fee, within 15 kilometres of a participating store. The offer was scheduled to end on 23 December 2024; those terms are historical, not current guarantees.
What the Christmas 2024 offer included
Uber said the holiday offer was available at more than 63 selected regional Bunnings stores. In metropolitan areas, Uber was added as a same-day parcel delivery carrier for 45 stores. Availability applied to eligible online orders, rather than every product or delivery address. Uber Australia’s announcement set a 15-kilometre limit from the store and said qualifying orders placed by 2pm would arrive by 7pm that day. The announced delivery fee was $15 in both regional and metropolitan areas.
These were the terms of a short Christmas-season offer, which was scheduled to end on 23 December 2024. They should not be treated as today’s price, service area, cutoff or delivery guarantee.
How the offer differs from Bunnings’ later Uber Eats rollout
On 23 February 2026, Bunnings announced a staged Uber Eats rollout in Australia and New Zealand. Bunnings described a range of more than 30,000 products, delivery in under 60 minutes and an initial rollout at 15 Australian locations. Those figures describe the announced offering and its initial locations, not confirmed availability of every product at every store. Bunnings’ rollout announcement said the launch followed a pilot with strong demand, but did not quantify that demand.

Bunnings says selected products may be offered through third-party platforms such as Uber Eats depending on location and availability. This is separate from Bunnings Click & Deliver. Its Click & Deliver information advises that third-party product range, delivery times and pricing may vary. Check the platform’s live listing for your address, the item’s eligibility, delivery estimate and total fee before paying.
