BuildSuperfast is a construction-focused ERP from Micromen, with vendor-described coverage spanning project planning, procurement, materials, billing, labor, and finance. It may merit a demo for construction and real-estate firms, especially those operating in India, but there is no dependable public current price and the independent review sample is small. Treat the ₹16,000 figure shown on Capterra as an unverified third-party listing, not a confirmed quote.
BuildSuperfast at a glance
| Question | What public information indicates |
|---|---|
| Best suited to | Construction, infrastructure, and real-estate organizations seeking project-based operations and accounting workflows. |
| Product and vendor | BuildSuperfast, also presented in newer vendor materials as BuildSuperfastNext or BSF Next; Micromen Systems & Software / Micromen Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. |
| Deployment | The vendor describes cloud and hybrid deployment; Techjockey labels it web-based. Confirm the proposed architecture in writing. |
| Pricing transparency | Low: current listings say price on request or unavailable, while Capterra shows an ambiguous one-time ₹16,000 catalog figure. |
| Review confidence | Low: marketplace ratings are based on small samples and differ considerably by platform. |
| Main evaluation risks | Unclear total cost, mobile limitations reported by reviewers, report customization and lag concerns, and limited public technical documentation. |
What is BuildSuperfast?
Micromen positions BuildSuperfast as an ERP for construction, infrastructure development, and real estate, intended to connect workflows from land acquisition or tendering through project completion. The vendor’s current materials use the name BuildSuperfastNext, while third-party catalog and review pages commonly say BuildSuperfast. Ask whether a proposal covers the older product, the newer platform, or a migration between them before comparing features or costs. The vendor describes cloud and hybrid options; Techjockey describes web-based access. Neither label alone establishes that every customer gets the same hosting arrangement or that all features are available on mobile. Micromen product materials and Techjockey’s listing provide the respective descriptions.
Features by construction workflow
The capabilities below are vendor claims or marketplace-listed functions, not independently verified performance findings. Request demonstrations using your own project data and approval paths.
Planning and project control
Micromen describes project planning, budgets, schedules, work breakdown structures, item-of-work tracking, milestones, resource allocation, daily and weekly task lists, progress monitoring, project cost analysis, and MIS reporting. Test how the system handles revisions to budgets and schedules, cost-to-complete reporting, and roll-up views across sites.

Tendering, procurement, and vendors
Vendor materials describe BOQ-based tendering, rate comparisons, vendor evaluation and negotiation, work orders, purchase orders, material indents, goods received notes, site transfers, and stock reconciliation. A useful demo should follow a real purchase from requisition through approval, receipt, invoice, and project cost posting.
Materials and inventory
The vendor claims support for receipts, site-level stock, consumption by cost center, transfers, reconciliation, inventory alerts, and bulk uploads for materials and vendors. Confirm whether controls work across multiple sites and warehouses, how adjustments are audited, and whether low-connectivity sites can record transactions.
Client billing and finance
Micromen’s product materials describe client and stage-wise billing, demand letters, collection tracking, receivables and payables, cost-center accounting, cash and bank accounting, depreciation, financial statements, GST workflows, and connectivity with external accounting systems. The claimed accounting scope is not proof that a particular tax, statutory, or accounting workflow is included in the quoted edition. Ask for a live demonstration using your contract structure, billing milestones, deductions, and reporting needs. Micromen’s BuildSuperfast materials describe these finance functions.

CRM, HRM, and approvals
Techjockey lists CRM, HRM, financial accounting, vendor management, client billing, materials, projects, workflow management, and work-progress management. Micromen presents ERP, CRM, HRM, financial-accounting, add-on, and AI offerings in its product-suite materials. The vendor also claims configurable approvals, email and system notifications, SMS and WhatsApp notifications, approval histories, reminders, and audit trails. Establish which capabilities are included, which are separate modules, and whether messaging or other integrations carry additional fees.
Mobile access, reporting, and integrations
Techjockey lists Android, iPhone, and iPad availability, but its listing does not establish current app-store availability or feature parity with desktop use. Some Capterra reviewers report mobile-app problems or limited mobile features, and also mention report lag or limited dashboard customization. Test the functions field staff need on the specific devices and connectivity conditions they use. Public information provided for this product does not establish the depth of its API, integration catalog, offline functionality, or security and uptime commitments; ask Micromen for current documentation.

BuildSuperfast pricing: what is actually known
Public listings do not establish a reliable current price schedule. The ₹16,000 amount is a third-party catalog signal, not verified current vendor pricing; its scope, applicability, and date basis are unclear.
| Source | Published pricing signal | How to interpret it |
|---|---|---|
| G2 | Pricing unavailable | G2 directs buyers to the vendor rather than publishing a price. |
| Techjockey | Price available on request | A quote-based marketplace listing, not a published rate card. |
| Capterra | ₹16,000, flat rate, one time | The listing does not clarify whether this is current, a legacy license, a starting amount, a module price, or limited to a region. |
| Capterra Ireland and Capterra Australia | ₹16,000, one time | Regional catalog pages also show the amount; they do not verify a current vendor quote. |
Do not use the catalog figure to budget a deployment until Micromen confirms exactly what it buys. A written quote should itemize licensing or subscription charges and any implementation, configuration, data migration, training, hosting, backups, support, upgrades, taxes, mobile access, integrations, or custom development. Clarify whether fees scale by user, company, module, site, or transaction, and what happens when you add entities or locations.
What reviews say—and how much weight to give them
Capterra
Capterra shows 4.7 out of 5 from three reviews. Reviewers describe positive experiences with client billing, daily progress reporting, project tracking, documentation, and support. Reported concerns include mobile-app trouble, limited mobile functionality, report-loading lag, and constrained report or dashboard customization. Capterra says reviews undergo verification and moderation, but three reviews remain too few to establish broad customer satisfaction. See the Capterra listing.

G2
G2 shows 2.5 out of 5 from one review. The 2018 reviewer praised simplicity while raising concerns about continuing and update costs. That dated, single-review result cannot describe current product quality, but it is a reason to ask for all recurring and upgrade fees in the quote. See the G2 listing.
Techjockey and other review evidence
Techjockey displays 4.5 from six ratings, but the listing does not provide enough detail to independently assess the rating method or review sample. Other reviewer commentary includes an onboarding learning curve, workflows taking multiple steps, and custom reports potentially needing vendor assistance. These are useful demo prompts, not proof that every implementation has the same experience. See Techjockey’s listing and SourceForge’s product page.
Across platforms, sample sizes are small and rating results vary. Review dates range from 2016 and 2018 to 2025; newer feedback is more relevant to current use, but does not establish market-wide satisfaction. A score from three reviews should not be treated as directly comparable to a score supported by hundreds or thousands of reviews for a larger platform.

Who may be a good fit—and who should be cautious
Consider a demo if
- Your business is construction-first and needs project-level cost, procurement, inventory, billing, labor, and site-progress workflows connected.
- You manage multiple projects or sites and need project-wise accounting and operational visibility.
- Your organization operates in India or a region Micromen can support, and the vendor can demonstrate your tax, billing, and approval requirements.
- You are prepared to evaluate a vendor-led implementation and obtain a written total-cost proposal.
Be cautious if
- You require transparent self-serve pricing or a large independently reviewed customer base.
- Your operation depends on a highly polished mobile-first experience, advanced self-service reporting, or documented public APIs and a broad integration ecosystem.
- You need established public evidence for security certifications, uptime guarantees, disaster recovery, data residency, or regulatory fit.
- You operate primarily outside Micromen’s apparent India and Middle East focus; confirm local accounting, support, hosting, and compliance suitability rather than assuming it.
Alternatives to compare by need
These products occupy related construction-software categories, but they are not all one-to-one ERP replacements, and current prices are not established here. Use them to form a shortlist around the workflow you need most.
| Product | Why compare it | Important distinction |
|---|---|---|
| Procore | Consider when broad construction collaboration and a larger ecosystem are priorities. | May be more than a smaller firm needs; compare ERP and regional accounting fit. |
| Acumatica Construction Edition | Consider when broader financial ERP and business-management depth matter. | Assess implementation scope and whether construction workflows match your operating model. |
| IFS Cloud | Consider for larger organizations needing ERP, asset-management, and service-management breadth. | More enterprise-oriented and potentially more complex than a niche construction ERP. |
| BuildOps | Consider for commercial-contractor operations, service workflows, and field operations. | Its focus differs from a region-specific construction ERP model. |
| UDA ConstructionOnline | Consider for construction management and project collaboration needs. | Compare its scope with full ERP, accounting, and regional requirements. |
| Methvin | Consider when estimating, bidding, and tendering are the primary needs. | More focused than an end-to-end ERP. |
| Clearstory | Consider for change-order communication. | A specialized tool, not a full ERP replacement. |
G2 surfaces these products as alternatives or related options, but the overlap in features and target customers varies. Its BuildSuperfast listing is a starting point for comparison, not a definitive ranking.
Questions to take into a demo and quote request
- Which product and edition are you proposing: BuildSuperfast, BuildSuperfastNext, or another module? What is the migration path between versions?
- Is deployment cloud, hybrid, or customer-hosted? Where is data hosted, and what are the backup, recovery-time, recovery-point, and uptime commitments?
- What does the ₹16,000 catalog figure refer to, if it still applies? Is the actual fee per user, company, site, module, or a one-time license?
- Which costs cover implementation, configuration, historical-data migration, training, support, hosting, backups, upgrades, taxes, and mobile access? Is there a minimum term or annual maintenance charge?
- Are users named, concurrent, role-based, or unlimited? How are additional sites, legal entities, states, currencies, and tax registrations priced and managed?
- Can the product demonstrate your end-to-end workflows for BOQs, tender comparisons, purchase approvals, goods receipts, subcontractor measurement and bills, retention, advances, deductions, client billing, and reconciliation?
- Which accounting, payroll, scheduling, messaging, and payment integrations are supported natively or through an API? Can Micromen provide current API documentation?
- What works offline, and what happens when a site has weak connectivity? Can site staff complete the tasks they need using the mobile app?
- Can your team build and modify reports and dashboards without vendor assistance? Demonstrate the reports that management uses regularly.
- What security certifications and penetration-testing practices apply, and what data-retention and export options are available if the contract ends?
- What implementation timeline is typical for a company with comparable project types and employee counts? Can Micromen provide two comparable customer references?
Verdict
BuildSuperfast is worth evaluating for construction and real-estate firms that want industry-specific project, procurement, materials, billing, labor, and finance workflows. Public information does not support a dependable universal current price, and the small, inconsistent review samples do not justify a high-confidence quality verdict. Make the decision on a live demonstration of your workflows, a written total-cost quote, mobile testing, integration and security answers, and references from comparable customers.
