No. BSSC’s application window for the Second Inter Level Combined Competitive Examination under Advertisement 02/23(A) has closed. The revised advertisement listed 23,175 vacancies and registration from 15 October to 25 November 2025. A 15 December 2025 notice later raised the total to 24,492 and set January 2026 deadlines for fee payment and application edits; those deadlines have also passed.
Is BSSC 2nd Inter Level registration still open?
No. The Bihar Staff Selection Commission’s revised Advertisement 02/23(A) invited eligible Indian citizens to apply online through the BSSC website, with registration scheduled from 15 October through 25 November 2025. The application window is not open now, and the subsequent fee-payment and editing deadlines have passed as well. BSSC revised Advertisement 02/23(A) BSSC notice dated 15 December 2025
How did the vacancy count and deadlines change?
The figures refer to different notice stages, not competing descriptions of the same total. The original revised advertisement gave one vacancy count; a later BSSC notice added or revised vacancies and specified later administrative deadlines.
| Notice stage | Vacancies | Relevant dates |
|---|---|---|
| BSSC revised Advertisement 02/23(A), 2025 | 23,175 | Registration: 15 October–25 November 2025 |
| BSSC notice dated 15 December 2025 | 24,492 total, after 1,317 new or revised vacancies were added | Examination-fee payment: by 13 January 2026; application editing: by 15 January 2026 |
The later notice is the basis for the updated total of 24,492; the 23,175 figure remains the count stated in the earlier revised advertisement. BSSC also issued a 15 December corrigendum concerning category-wise vacancy revisions. BSSC corrigendum dated 15 December 2025

Applications for this recruitment were invited online through the BSSC website during the 2025 registration period. That route is historical guidance, not an instruction to submit an application now: the cited application and follow-up deadlines have expired.
BSSC’s revised advertisement said candidates who had finally submitted an online application under the earlier Advertisement 02/23 did not need to apply again under 02/23(A). This instruction concerns those already-submitted applications; it does not reopen the form or establish that any further action is available today. BSSC revised Advertisement 02/23(A)

BSSC’s official notice board lists later corrigenda for Advertisement 02/23(A), dated 29 January and 13 February 2026. The notice-board listing establishes that those updates exist, but the listing information available here does not establish what they changed. Check the notices themselves for any current recruitment-stage details, including an examination schedule or further candidate action; do not rely on the old registration headline as a status update.
