What selection process and exam pattern were reported?
Hindustan Times reported a preliminary examination followed by a main examination and an interview. Its report described the prelims as 120 questions in two hours; the mains as two shifts, each with 300 marks and a two-hour duration; and the interview as worth 100 marks. What were the application fees?
Published fee accounts conflict, so an exact amount cannot be stated reliably from the accessible reports. Scroll reported ₹200 for SC/ST, female and PWD candidates and ₹750 for other categories. Hindustan Times instead described a ₹200 biometric fee plus category charges, including ₹600 for general and other candidates and ₹150 for specified categories.
