Scroll reported on August 3, 2024, that downloads were expected to begin August 5; NDTV reported on August 6 that the card was available. The exam took place on August 12–13, 2024, so those dates have passed.
What the 2024 BPSC BHO admit-card announcement said
BPSC’s 2024 exam calendar listed the Block Horticulture Officer recruitment under Advertisement 24/2024, with 318 vacancies and a written examination scheduled for August 12–13, 2024: BPSC’s 2024 exam calendar. Scroll reported on August 3 that the admit-card download window was expected to open August 5: Scroll’s August 3, 2024 report. NDTV reported on August 6 that the card had been released: NDTV’s August 6, 2024 report.
The BPSC calendar confirms the exam dates. NDTV reported that the two daily shifts were 10:00 a.m. to noon and 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.; those timings are historical, not a schedule for a future cycle.
How candidates downloaded the BPSC BHO admit card
BPSC’s general candidate-portal FAQ explains the download route: sign in with the account username and password, then select “Download Admit Card” on the dashboard. The official candidate login is BPSC Online Application Portal. Use your own account and the commission’s portal rather than a third-party page to access an admit card. See BPSC’s official FAQ.

For the 2024 BHO card specifically, NDTV’s contemporaneous report said candidates were asked to upload a passport-size photograph in the dashboard before downloading. It also said the card showed an exam-centre code and district, with detailed centre information expected from August 10. The report advised bringing an extra copy, signing it before the invigilator, and reaching the venue an hour before the exam. These were directions reported for the 2024 examination, not current instructions for a later recruitment.

The dates above concern the completed 2024 cycle. The available 2026 BPSC exam-calendar page contains tentative schedules, but it does not establish a current BHO admit-card release. No current BHO-specific release notice is confirmed here. For any later recruitment, check BPSC’s official notices and candidate portal for a notice tied to that specific advertisement before acting; a past card or schedule does not apply to a new cycle.
