BlockDAG’s own materials show different fundraising figures, describe some audits as completed and CertiK work as ongoing, and report that mainnet block production began on February 10, 2026. None of that establishes a reliable Dogecoin (DOGE) or Shiba Inu (SHIB) price target: the available official material provides project and supply context, not dependable forecasts.
Is the $122 million BlockDAG presale figure confirmed?
No. The $122 million figure in the headline is not substantiated by the official BlockDAG pages reviewed. Those pages show two different project-published figures, and do not explain how they relate to each other or to the headline amount.

These amounts are not interchangeable: a headline claim, a displayed amount raised, and a target describe different things. Without a dated accounting basis and independent confirmation, none should be presented as proof of how much money BlockDAG has actually received. The reviewed official materials do not reconcile their figures.
Has BlockDAG’s mainnet launched, and what is its audit status?
BlockDAG’s developer hub reports: “Mainnet block production activated, 10th February 2026.” That is a project-published status statement about block production. BlockDAG’s official pages also describe other launch and exchange milestones, which may refer to different parts of launch execution; the phrase alone does not establish that every launch milestone is complete.

What BlockDAG says about audits
On its mainnet page, BlockDAG says its internal audit is complete and describes an external Halborn assessment as completed. It also says it is currently collaborating with CertiK. The CertiK work should therefore be described as ongoing, not completed.
These are BlockDAG’s statements about its own audit status. The reviewed material does not establish audit dates, precise scope, full findings, or independent verification of the status claims. An assessment by a named security firm is not a blanket guarantee that a network or token is safe; readers need the actual report to evaluate what code and risks were covered.

What do DOGE and SHIB price predictions actually establish?
A price prediction is a forecast, not an observed fact. The official DOGE and SHIB materials reviewed here do not provide reliable price targets, and they are not enough to substantiate a specific prediction for either token. Treat a number published elsewhere as an opinion unless its author, publication date, assumptions, time horizon, and scenario are clear.
Project descriptions can help explain what a token is intended to do, but they cannot by themselves show that demand will rise or that a price will appreciate. For a useful comparison, separate documented token mechanics from claims about future value.

Dogecoin’s official FAQ puts its issuance point this way: “Dogecoin’s supply is not unlimited, because it has an absolute limit of issuance per block, per day, per year – just like other coins do.” The project’s explanation of issuance should not be mistaken for a hard cap on total supply: the same official material says issuance has no end date.
How to assess a forecast before relying on it
Before using a DOGE or SHIB prediction to make a financial decision, check whether it explains the evidence and assumptions behind its number. A forecast that omits these details is difficult to evaluate, regardless of how precise its target looks.

- Identify the forecaster and date. A target needs a named source and publication date; crypto-market conditions and project status can change quickly.
- Check the time horizon and scenario. A short-term estimate and a multi-year scenario answer different questions. Look for the conditions under which the target might or might not hold.
- Separate mechanics from adoption claims. Issuance rules or an ecosystem’s list of services do not prove user demand, token usage, or future returns.
- Look for dated market evidence. A meaningful DOGE–SHIB performance comparison needs market data measured over the same period and on comparable terms. The official descriptions above do not supply that comparison.
- Ask whether past forecasts were assessed. Without a track record and a clear method, a confident-sounding target is not evidence of predictive reliability.
What this means for a personal-finance decision
Do not treat BlockDAG’s presale figures, audit-status statements, or launch update as evidence that DOGE or SHIB will rise. They concern different projects and do not establish either token’s valuation. Likewise, DOGE’s issuance information and SHIB’s ecosystem descriptions are context—not investment recommendations or guarantees of demand.
If considering a crypto investment, decide what loss you could afford before acting, verify claims against dated primary documents, and avoid relying on a forecast whose source or assumptions cannot be checked. For self-custody, Dogecoin’s official site says a wallet is needed to use, trade, or hold DOGE; the Shiba Inu ecosystem also presents wallet-related services. Verify that any wallet supports the specific asset and network you intend to use. A wallet can help with custody, but it cannot protect an investment from price losses.
