What did the later legal-fee ruling mean?
On August 26, 2026, the AP reported that a judge awarded Lively $363,245 in attorneys’ fees and $44,206 in costs after she sought about $8 million. The award related to her defense against dismissed counterclaims. It was a later fee-and-cost ruling, not damages and not a payment from Baldoni under the May settlement.
