Amazon’s U.S. Black Friday and Cyber Monday deal period ran from November 20 through December 1, 2025. It is over: the prices below are historical benchmarks, not offers you can assume are still available in August 2026. Among the documented electronics, the 13-inch MacBook Air with M4 was the strongest high-ticket value; the Fire TV Stick 4K Max and AirPods 4 with ANC stood out at lower prices. Other attractive discounts depended more heavily on the exact model and configuration.
At a glance: the standout historical prices
These are reported U.S. prices from the 2025 holiday event. The cited coverage does not establish that every price was exclusive to Amazon, or that each offer lasted for the full event.

| Product | Reported 2025 price | What made it notable | Important qualification |
|---|---|---|---|
| 13-inch MacBook Air with M4, 16GB memory, 256GB SSD | About $749–$749.99, versus a roughly $999 reference price | Strong reported price for a recent Apple laptop | Base storage may be limiting; price and timing varied in coverage. |
| Kindle Paperwhite | About $125 in one roundup; a 32GB version was reported at $150 elsewhere | A potentially worthwhile e-reader discount | Generation, storage, ad status, bundle, and timing need to match before comparing. |
| Fire TV Stick 4K Max, second generation | About $35, reported as $25 off | Low-cost 4K streaming upgrade | A streaming stick, not a TV; check your television’s format support. |
| AirPods 4 with active noise cancellation | About $99.99 | Notable price for Apple-oriented wireless earbuds | Reported by TechRadar; not necessarily Amazon-exclusive. |
| Beats Studio Pro | About $170 in some coverage | Deep reported discount on over-ear headphones | Amazon advertised up to 57% off selected Beats, not every model or listing. |
| Sony WH-1000XM4 | About $159.99 in retailer-comparison coverage | Potential value for premium over-ear noise cancellation | The cited price was not established as Amazon-exclusive. |

Amazon described its U.S. Black Friday and Cyber Monday event as running November 20 to December 1, 2025. Black Friday fell on November 28, and Cyber Monday on December 1. Amazon used both “Black Friday Week” and broader event language; some announcements framed the week as November 20–28 while the combined event extended through December 1. New or limited-quantity offers could appear during the period, so a product’s price on one day should not be treated as its price throughout the event. Amazon’s date overview and event announcement describe the timing.

Best overall electronics deals
Best high-ticket value: 13-inch MacBook Air with M4
The clearest standout was the base 13-inch MacBook Air with M4, 16GB of unified memory, and a 256GB SSD. MacRumors reported a price around $749, while deal coverage also cited $749.99 and a roughly $999 reference price. MacRumors characterized it as an all-time or near-all-time low; treat that as the outlet’s price-history assessment for this configuration and period, not a guarantee about every model or later sale. See MacRumors’ report and Ars Technica’s roundup.
- Best for: shoppers seeking a capable everyday laptop, especially if they prefer macOS and can work within 256GB of storage.
- Not for: people with large local video, photo, or game libraries, or workloads that require substantially more storage. Check the exact configuration before comparing listings.
- Buying lesson: compare the 2025 M4 price with the current model and any successor, not just with a retailer’s crossed-out reference price. Apple’s current MacBook Air page is a starting point for checking what is sold now; it does not establish that the historical deal remains available.
Best budget streaming upgrade: Fire TV Stick 4K Max
Ars Technica reported the second-generation Fire TV Stick 4K Max at about $35, or $25 off. This is a streaming device that plugs into a TV, not a television. It is most useful when the TV supports the resolution and HDR formats you want and you like Amazon’s Fire TV interface. For an HD-only set, a less expensive HD stick may be sufficient. Check your TV’s 4K, HDR, Dolby Vision, and audio-format support before choosing a device. Ars Technica reported the historical price; Amazon’s Fire TV device page lists current options.

- PLUG & PLAY: ready to use, right out of the box; no external power adapter needed
- ULTRA PORTABLE: Slim, compact size and lightweight aluminum housing for easy portability
Strong earbud price for Apple users: AirPods 4 with ANC
TechRadar reported AirPods 4 with active noise cancellation at about $99.99 during its Black Friday coverage. The price is most compelling for someone already using Apple devices, where ecosystem conveniences matter. Android buyers should compare features they will actually use rather than paying for Apple-specific integration. The cited report does not establish an Amazon-exclusive offer. See TechRadar’s deal coverage and Apple’s current AirPods page.

Beats Studio Pro
Some coverage put Beats Studio Pro around $170, while Amazon advertised discounts as high as 57% on selected Beats products. That “up to” figure is a promotional ceiling, not a typical discount across the range. Beats can be a sensible choice for shoppers who want compatibility across Apple and Android devices and long battery life, but compare microphone performance, comfort, and noise cancellation with similarly priced Sony and Bose options. Amazon’s Black Friday deals page gives the promotional context; the exact Studio Pro price is reported in deal coverage rather than established as a universal Amazon price. See the manufacturer’s Beats page for current models.

Sony WH-1000XM4
A price around $159.99 appeared in retailer-comparison coverage, making the WH-1000XM4 a possible value for shoppers who prioritize over-ear noise cancellation. That price was not shown as Amazon-exclusive. Because it is an older generation, compare its price with newer alternatives before buying: a small gap may make the newer model the better long-term purchase. Sony’s current WH-1000XM5 page can help identify the successor, but does not verify the historical XM4 price. The reported price appears in TechRadar’s retailer comparison.
How to choose among them
- For Apple-device convenience, consider AirPods; for over-ear listening and travel, compare Beats, Sony, and Bose on comfort, isolation, controls, and call quality.
- For sports or situations where awareness of surroundings matters, open-ear designs can be preferable, but they provide less isolation. The available price reports do not establish a specific standout open-ear deal.
- Bose QuietComfort Ultra was described as reaching a notable low in deal coverage, but the available evidence does not establish an exact Amazon price and generation. It is not ranked here as a price-specific pick. See Bose’s headphones page for current models.
Kindle Paperwhite and other reading devices
Kindle Paperwhite prices were reported at about $125 in one roundup and $150 for a 32GB model in other coverage. Those are not interchangeable configurations: generation, storage, ad-supported status, bundle contents, and sale timing can all change the price. Match those details before deciding whether one listing is a better deal. Amazon also promoted a Kindle Colorsoft bundle at up to 37% off, but that is a different device and display category; do not compare its bundle price directly with a basic Paperwhite without accounting for the color screen and included items. See Thurrott’s roundup and Amazon’s promotion. Current Paperwhite listings are on Amazon’s Kindle Paperwhite page.

- Hot-swappable USB enables you to add or remove monitors without rebooting your system

Amazon devices, tablets, smart home, and TVs
Echo, Fire tablets, Blink, and Ring
Amazon promoted discounts of up to 50% on selected Amazon devices, including Echo speakers and displays, Fire TV products, Fire tablets, Kindle devices, Blink cameras, and Ring products. The headline applied to selected products, not the full range, and the available sources do not establish a reliable model-by-model price list for these categories. Amazon’s announcement is useful for knowing which categories were promoted, but an “up to” discount does not prove a particular item was good value. Check the exact generation, bundle, seller, and price history before treating a listing as a bargain. Current category pages include Echo, Fire tablets, Blink, and Ring.

- Echo: consider privacy preferences, ecosystem fit, and whether the services or features you want depend on a subscription.
- Fire tablets: useful as low-cost media devices, but not automatically substitutes for a laptop; consider app availability and hardware limits.
- Blink and Ring: check which recording, storage, and monitoring features work without a paid plan, and include any recurring subscription cost in the ownership calculation.
Televisions
Amazon promoted television and Fire TV discounts, but the available model-specific evidence is not sufficient to name one TV as the best 2025 deal. A large percentage discount alone says little about value. Compare panel type (OLED, QLED, Mini-LED, or standard LED/LCD), refresh rate, HDMI 2.1, variable refresh rate and auto low-latency mode, brightness, viewing angle, operating system, and exact model year. Also check the return terms and delivery arrangements for a large, fragile item. A lower-tier or retailer-exclusive variant can look similar to a better model while omitting important features.
How to judge whether an Amazon electronics deal was genuinely good
- Match the exact item. Record model number, generation, screen size, memory, storage, color, condition, and included accessories. A renewed or imported listing is not equivalent to a new U.S. model.
- Compare with its recent selling price. Use several weeks of price history where available, not only the crossed-out reference price. Check whether it was cheaper during Prime Day or an earlier November promotion.
- Compare retailers. Look at Amazon alongside Best Buy, Walmart, Costco, and the manufacturer’s store. Some products in Amazon-focused roundups were also discounted elsewhere; a deal found there is not necessarily Amazon-exclusive.
- Separate the headline price from conditional savings. A clipped coupon, Prime-member price, card reward, trade-in, bundle, or limited-time Lightning Deal may have different eligibility and may not reduce the advertised price for every shopper.
- Check who sells and ships it. Review the “Sold by” and “Ships from” details, return terms, product condition, and whether the manufacturer’s U.S. warranty applies. A third-party marketplace listing is not automatically equivalent to a manufacturer-backed offer.
- Count the full cost. For smart-home products, include subscriptions needed for desired features. For a bundle, value only the accessories you would otherwise buy.
MacRumors called the M4 MacBook Air price an all-time or near-all-time low for its cited configuration, while the broader principle remains to compare an item’s actual recent price rather than rely on a markdown label. MacRumors’ price report provides the relevant model-specific context.
Deals to be cautious about
- Unknown-brand electronics whose reference prices are difficult to verify.
- Laptops with very old processors or just 4GB of memory, unless the use is exceptionally basic and the limitations are acceptable.
- TV listings with unclear model numbers, panel specifications, or refresh rates.
- Renewed, refurbished, or imported devices compared against new U.S. products without noting the difference.
- Smart-home devices whose useful recording or monitoring functions require an ongoing subscription that is absent from the deal headline.
- Bundles padded with accessories you do not need, or listings with essential accessories omitted.
What the 2025 prices mean for shoppers now
These historical prices are useful as comparison points for future sales, not as current offers. For high-ticket purchases, compare today’s model and configuration with its successor and recent market price. For Amazon-branded devices, do not assume a large advertised percentage reflects the best value. The strongest documented 2025 purchase was the base 13-inch M4 MacBook Air at about $749; the smaller-device standouts were the Fire TV Stick 4K Max at about $35 and AirPods 4 with ANC at about $99.99, each subject to the configuration and retailer qualifications above.
