Who was eligible?
The notice set out nursing qualification routes that included:
- B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with an integrated Certificate course in Community Health; or
- GNM with successful completion of a Certificate course in Community Health.
Applicants also needed permanent registration with the Indian Nursing Council or a State Nursing Council at the time of application.
Age limits
Age was calculated as of January 1, 2022. The notice gave a minimum age of 21 and these category-dependent upper limits:

What did the role pay?
The SHSB notice stated a monthly honorarium of ₹25,000, plus performance-based incentives of up to ₹15,000 per month, based on indicators and subject to approval by the National Health Mission, Government of India. The incentive was conditional, not a guaranteed monthly amount.

These are archived records for a closed recruitment, not an invitation to apply now. The contemporary reported deadline was March 3, 2022, according to Scroll.in.
