Sprayground recommends spot-cleaning with a damp washcloth and says not to put the backpack in a washing machine. Its FAQ also states that its backpacks hold up to 25 lb (11 kg). This is the brand’s published load guidance, not an independent capacity or comfort test, and it does not establish that carrying that amount will be comfortable for every wearer or model.
What the warranty does—and does not—promise
Sprayground describes a one-year warranty commitment for bags, luggage and accessories. Claims require proof of purchase, an explanation and photos, and the company says it evaluates each case individually. Listed exclusions include normal wear, cosmetic changes, misuse, improper cleaning, transit damage, lost or stolen items, and purchases from unauthorized resellers. The exclusions also cover changes such as vegan leather softening or color fading, and chipping or peeling of metal or painted parts. Sprayground says it may offer a replacement or store credit at its discretion. Review the warranty terms for the current conditions before relying on coverage.
Which one should you buy?
Choose the design that suits the wearer, then narrow the options by the exact size and storage needs. A model with a luggage sleeve or a separate laptop compartment may suit someone who needs those features, but they should be confirmed on that model’s listing.
