The Restore and Rejuvenate families give shoppers other constructions and profiles to compare, including differences in grid layers, foam, coils, comfort, and height. Read the model-specific details rather than assuming that a family name or a higher profile makes one model better for your needs.
Check your foundation before ordering
For the original Purple Mattress, Purple recommends a supportive base. Its guidance includes slats less than 3.5 inches apart, a solid surface, or an adjustable base rated to support the mattress. Purple cautions against a traditional box spring. Foundation guidance may differ by model, so check the product page for the exact mattress you plan to buy. Compare the trial, return terms, and warranty
Trial and adjustment period
Purple advertises a 100-night mattress trial and asks customers to spend at least 21 nights adjusting before starting a return or exchange. Limited warranty
Purple’s U.S. warranty page describes a 10-year limited warranty for new mattresses bought from Purple or an authorized retailer. The terms are for the original purchaser, are not transferable, and exclude comfort preference and some normal changes. Purple describes separate warranty terms for mattress covers. Purchases from unauthorized resellers, liquidators, or third-party marketplaces may not have warranty coverage. Choose pillows and bedding by use, not by a universal ranking
Purple’s official materials identify the Harmony Pillow, while its product pages also show Cloud and grid-style pillow options. The available product information does not support a single best pillow for every sleeper. Compare the exact current product details with your preferences and needs instead of relying on a blanket ranking. Purple’s pillow law tags and bedding category provide product references.
The bedding category lists SoftStretch sheet sets, SoftStretch pillowcases, and a Waterproof Mattress Protector. Purple describes the SoftStretch fabric as breathable and moisture-wicking, with stretch intended to complement GelFlex Grid products. The company describes its protector as waterproof, washable, and soft and quiet. These are manufacturer descriptions, not independent performance tests. Its bedding page showed “125k+” five-star reviews and “98%” of customers would shop with the company again when accessed on October 5, 2026; both are company-reported figures, and no survey method for the latter is supplied in the cited page excerpt. Purple’s Rejuvenate page reports results from a 2026 SleepScore Labs study of Rejuvenate Collection sleepers after four weeks compared with their original mattress, including 100% feeling satisfied with their sleep, a 121% increase in reported ease of falling asleep, and 96% reporting the bed felt cool-to-the-touch.
