The strongest reported Nintendo Switch 2 deal for Cyber Monday 2025 was the Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World Bundle for $449 at Amazon and Walmart—a temporary $50 reduction from Nintendo’s $499.99 suggested retail price. The console-only system was announced at $449.99, and deal coverage did not establish a comparable standalone discount. These are expired U.S. offers, not current prices.
Which Switch 2 deal offered the best value?
For a buyer who wanted Mario Kart World, the bundle was the best-supported value. Nintendo announced a $499.99 U.S. suggested retail price for the bundle; Tom’s Guide reported a temporary $449 Amazon price, and Nintendo Wire reported the same price at Amazon and Walmart. The promotion was a historical snapshot, not a price guaranteed throughout the sale period or still available now.
| # | Preview | Product | Price | |

Nintendo Switch 2 System | $499.00 | Buy on Amazon |

Nintendo Switch 2 System with Super Mario Galaxy + Super Mario Galaxy 2 Bundle | $568.00 | Buy on Amazon |
| 3 |
|
Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World Bundle with Bonus HDMI Cable & Screen Cleaning Cloth | $619.00 | Buy on Amazon |
The price gap matters because the console alone had a $449.99 suggested retail price. At the reported $449 bundle price, a buyer who wanted the game could get the bundle for less than the console’s announced reference price. That does not make the bundle a $50 discount on the console itself: its value came from including the game.
| Option | Historical price evidence | What it meant for a buyer |
|---|---|---|
| Switch 2 console only | Nintendo announced a U.S. suggested retail price of $449.99. Tom’s Guide listed it at about $449 during Cyber Monday coverage. | A baseline for buyers who did not want Mario Kart World. The cited coverage did not establish a meaningful standalone Cyber Monday price cut. |
| Switch 2 + Mario Kart World Bundle | Nintendo announced a U.S. suggested retail price of $499.99. Tom’s Guide reported a temporary $449 Amazon offer; Nintendo Wire reported $449 at Amazon and Walmart. | The strongest documented console value for someone who wanted the included game. The reported deal has expired. |
| Samsung 256GB microSD Express card | Nintendo announced $20 off MSRP on Samsung microSD Express cards at select retailers beginning November 30, 2025. TechRadar reported a $39.99 price at Target for the 256GB card during Cyber Monday. | A separate storage-accessory offer, not a discount on the console. The reported price is historical. |
Why reported bundle prices differed during the sale
Nintendo’s official figures were suggested retail prices, while retailer promotions were temporary. Tom’s Guide’s live coverage first listed the bundle at $499 and described it as a $30 saving compared with buying the system and game separately; later coverage reported the $449 Amazon promotion. Nintendo Wire’s article, dated November 30 and updated December 1, reported the bundle at $449 at Amazon and Walmart and characterized it as $50 off the $499 bundle price. WIRED described the console-only system as remaining around its typical $449 price and the bundle as the way to save versus separate purchase.

How to assess a similar console promotion
- Separate console price from bundle value. Compare the console-only price with the bundle price, then decide whether you would buy the included game separately.
- Check the promotion’s terms and timing. Retailer deals can change during a sale. Confirm the seller, final checkout price, and whether the offer is active before relying on an advertised price.
- Treat accessories as separate purchases. For storage, check that the card is microSD Express and compare capacity with your needs. An accessory offer does not lower the console price.
- Verify the game’s platform and compatibility. Nintendo’s holiday game list covered selected physical original Switch games; do not assume every title is a Switch 2-specific discount or has the same update support.
