Align or Wunder Train: what is the practical difference?
Choose Align for a softer, lighter feel

The cited 28-inch version uses Nulu, which the brand calls “buttery-soft and weightless.” Its listed body fabric is 81% nylon and 19% Lycra elastane. Choose Wunder Train for training-focused features
lululemon positions Wunder Train for training and Pilates. The cited 25-inch version uses Everlux and has a waistband drawcord as well as a hidden pocket. Its listed body fabric is 77% nylon and 23% Lycra elastane. The drawcord is a useful differentiating feature if you prefer an adjustable waistband; the product description does not establish that one waistband fits everyone better.

Length is a personal preference: consider your measurements and where you want the hem to land, then consult lululemon’s size guide. Height alone is not enough to determine the ideal inseam.
Do you want a front seam?
If you prefer a smooth front without a front-rise seam, look at the No Line variants. The Align No Line High-Rise Pant, 28-inch removes the front-rise seam and retains the collection’s yoga and low-impact positioning and Nulu description; its cited version has a hidden waistband pocket. The Wunder Train No Line High-Rise Tight, 28-inch also removes that seam while retaining the training and Pilates positioning, Everlux description, drawcord and hidden pocket.
