Cuisipro Deluxe Food Mill: a scraper feature to verify
A May 2026 roundup describes the Cuisipro Deluxe as having three discs and a sweeping blade, and labels it a professional-grade pick. A Cuisipro search result also describes a scraper that sweeps as the handle turns, three straining discs, non-slip handles, and dishwasher-safe parts. However, the linked brand destination redirected, so those details should be confirmed against a current product page or manual before purchase. The roundup’s statement that America’s Test Kitchen selected this model is secondhand here; it is not verified by an original America’s Test Kitchen source. How to choose a food mill for your kitchen
Match capacity to your usual batch
OXO specifies a 2.3-quart capacity. For any other candidate, check the exact model’s stated capacity rather than assuming it matches. A smaller mill may be easier to manage for occasional, small batches, while a larger bowl can reduce the number of batches for bigger preparations.
Choose discs for the textures you make
Multiple discs let you adjust how finely food is processed. OXO documents fine, medium, and coarse options. For another model, check which discs are included and whether replacements are available if you expect to use a particular texture often.

Check how it sits on your cookware
A mill needs stable support over a pot or bowl. BestReviews describes slip-resistant supports on the OXO and hooks on the Hungry Artisan, but cookware fit depends on the exact dimensions and shape. Before buying, compare the mill’s support arrangement with the rim of the pots and bowls you actually use.
Confirm cleanup, assembly, and storage
OXO says its mill is dishwasher safe, has folding legs, and uses a release button to simplify disc changes and disassembly.
