Best Cyber Monday Deals 2025: What Shoppers Could Expect on Dec. 1

Cyber Monday 2025 fell on Dec. 1. Here’s what the published spending figures show—and why they don’t identify which products had the lowest prices.

Cyber Monday 2025 fell on Monday, December 1, and has passed. This is a historical guide, not a list of offers available now: the published evidence documents the day’s overall online spending and the season’s shopping context, but does not verify which individual products had the best prices.

What Cyber Monday 2025 looked like

Adobe reported that U.S. consumers spent $14.25 billion online on Cyber Monday 2025. Adobe’s Cyber Week analysis covered more than 1 trillion visits to U.S. retail sites, 100 million SKUs and 18 product categories; those figures describe the scope of its analysis, not a census of every transaction. Adobe’s December 2025 retrospective provides the results.

Across the full five-day Thanksgiving-to-Cyber-Monday shopping period, NRF and Prosper Insights & Analytics estimated that 202.9 million consumers shopped. That is a five-day shopper estimate, not a count for Cyber Monday alone. NRF describes the event as running through the Monday after Thanksgiving in its retrospective and holiday FAQ.

Were Cyber Monday 2025 deals the best prices?

The available results do not establish that a particular product was cheapest on December 1. Adobe’s October forecast called Cyber Monday “last call” for the best deals and expected deep discounts across Cyber Week, but that was a forecast—not item-level proof that Cyber Monday beat Black Friday or an earlier sale. Adobe’s October 2025 outlook explains that expectation.

Adobe’s later retrospective said Black Friday’s year-over-year online spending growth outpaced Cyber Monday’s for a second consecutive holiday season. For 2024, Adobe reported growth of 10.2% on Black Friday and 7.3% on Cyber Monday. Spending growth is not a comparison of individual product prices, so it cannot tell shoppers which day had the lowest price on a particular item. Adobe’s analyst Vivek Pandya said competitive deals throughout Cyber Week encouraged earlier shopping and that Black Friday was challenging Cyber Monday’s dominance.

How to read the holiday spending figures

Two widely cited 2025 figures describe different things and should not be treated as interchangeable:

  • Adobe’s $14.25 billion: U.S. online spending on Cyber Monday, as reported in Adobe’s December retrospective.
  • NRF’s $1.01 trillion–$1.02 trillion: a pre-season forecast for total U.S. retail sales in November and December, with expected growth of 3.7%–4.2%. NRF published that forecast before the season; it is not a final result or a Cyber Monday total. See NRF’s November 2025 forecast.

NRF measures holiday sales from November 1 through December 31 and excludes automobile dealers, gasoline stations and restaurants, according to its holiday FAQ. Adobe’s figure is for online shopping. Because their periods and scopes differ, the totals do not provide a like-for-like comparison.
