The best cheap Bowflex deal depends on the model and the price you can actually pay at checkout—not just a crossed-out list price. BowFlex’s official pages show conflicting prices for its 552 adjustable dumbbells, and one displayed offer expired on September 12, 2026. Check the current product page and checkout terms before treating any price as a live sale.

Where to look for a BowFlex sale

BowFlex’s official sale collection includes SelectTech dumbbells. The collection’s terms say prices and offers can change and describe geographic and shipping limits for advertised offers. A product appearing in the sale collection does not guarantee that a particular price is available to every buyer.

For a specific model, compare the sale collection with its individual product page, then confirm the amount and terms at checkout. The official pages reviewed on October 4, 2026 do not show a consistent 552 price: the 552 product page displays $379 against $479 alongside an offer expiry of September 12, 2026, while a BowFlex collection page displays $399 against $479. Because the first offer date has passed and the pages conflict, neither display establishes a confirmed current deal. Check the live checkout total, shipping, eligibility and offer dates.

Which BowFlex adjustable dumbbells are the best deal?

Choose by weight range and intended use, not by the model numbers alone. BowFlex describes the 552 and 1090 as different SelectTech models with different per-dumbbell ranges.

552: a pair for a broad range of home workouts

BowFlex says the Results Series 552 pair provides 15 settings from 5 to 52.5 lb per dumbbell, replaces 15 sets of weights, and includes storage trays and a locking mechanism. These are manufacturer descriptions, not independent performance findings. If that range suits your lifting needs, compare the current pair price with the total for any accessories you want.

1090: consider it when you need a higher maximum

BowFlex lists the 1090 SelectTech dumbbell for a range of 10–90 lb per dumbbell. The higher maximum may fit someone whose workouts require heavier weights, but the available official information here does not establish its current price or whether a sale is active. Compare a confirmed checkout price for the exact 1090 listing before calling it a bargain.

How to judge the real cost of a deal

Use the final amount for the exact product and destination, rather than assuming the advertised discount is what you will pay. BowFlex’s sale terms warn that advertised offers have geographic and shipping limits; the reviewed pages do not establish a universal shipping charge, current warranty terms or a confirmed live offer for every region.

  • Match the model: verify whether the listing is for 552 or 1090, and check the per-dumbbell range.
  • Check what is included: the 552 is sold as a pair; BowFlex says the stand is sold separately.
  • Confirm the final total: review shipping and any applicable offer terms at checkout for your location.
  • Check the offer date: do not rely on an expired date or an old crossed-out price as proof of a current discount.
  • Compare like with like: evaluate the same model and packaging at the price you can currently pay; a lower price for a different model is not directly comparable.

Is the adjustable stand included?

No: BowFlex’s 552 listing says the SelectTech Adjustable Dumbbell Stand is sold separately. BowFlex describes the stand as compatible with SelectTech dumbbells. If you want a stand, add its current price and any shipping to the dumbbell total before comparing complete setups. See BowFlex’s SelectTech Adjustable Dumbbell Stand listing for its current product details.
