What the free-sundae offer included
According to PerthNow, Ben & Jerry’s offered 100 free “overloaded” sundaes each day for five days, from Friday, 10 October through Tuesday, 14 October 2025, while stocks lasted. That is the announced daily allocation; it does not establish how many were claimed or whether all 500 were redeemed.
The reported sundae format was two scoops in a chocolate-lined waffle cone, with more than 20 toppings and unlimited toppings for one set price. The free launch promotion applied to 100 overloaded sundaes a day; the report does not establish that every regular kiosk order had the same price or terms.

How customers could redeem the launch offer
PerthNow said customers needed the daily code at the kiosk. Ben & Jerry’s Australia was to release a new code each morning through its Instagram account. Because the promotion ended on 14 October 2025, those codes are no longer a way to claim a free sundae.
Flavor combinations suggested for the toppings
Ben & Jerry’s flavour guru Heather Crowther offered pairing ideas in the PerthNow report, rather than confirming fixed menu combinations. She suggested Salted Caramel Blondie with crunchy pretzels or Speculoos biscuit spread. For vanilla, she suggested berries, passionfruit curd or strawberry puree. The report does not confirm which toppings are currently available.

What is and is not known now
The reported promotion has expired, and the available account concerns the 2025 launch announcement. It does not confirm whether the kiosk remains open, its present menu or pricing, or the outcome of the giveaway. Bruce Lambert, identified in PerthNow as Ben & Jerry’s head of retail, called it a “world-first offering”; that description was attributed to the company and was not independently verified in the report.
